Description
The present invention relates to a bottom structure, which is configured to reduce an impact and absorb sound caused by such an impact.
Recently, the building type has been concentrated in multi-storey apartment buildings such as apartments and villas. Since the conflict between the residents due to the noise generated in the floor in the apartment building is becoming a major social problem, the floor impact sound blocking performance for ensuring a quiet living environment is more important than anything else.
Such a floor impact sound is classified into a heavy impact sound such as a beeping sound of children and a light impact sound such as a sound of pulling a chair. Here, it is recognized that reinforcing the structure such as increasing the thickness of the floor slab of a building as a heavy impact sound is the most likely solution to the interlayer noise conflict.
However, if the thickness of the floor slab of the building is increased, not only the quantity of the floor slab but also the weight of the building increases, and the dimensions of the main structural members such as columns, bases, and the like also increase. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the construction cost of the building and the construction cost, and the floor height of the building is also increased, which lowers the economical efficiency of the building.
The floor structure of the conventional multi-storey house is mostly made by a wet method. The bottom structure by the wet method is, as shown in FIG. 1, a
However, in the floor structure according to the conventional wet method, there is no heat insulating material that can reduce the floor impact sound. Even if the heat insulating material is replaced with a cushioning material, there is no great effect in reducing the heavy impact sound. The deterioration of the foamed concrete may cause a problem of corrosion of the heat insulating material or the cushioning material.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a floor structure that is designed to solve the above-mentioned problems, and that is configured to reduce an impact and absorb sound caused by such an impact.

The damping panel and the floor structure of the present invention have the damping panel having the structural shape of the damping portion protruding to the flat panel body, that is, the structural shape such as the irregularity as a whole, thereby alleviating the impact, Can be reduced. In addition, a space portion is formed between the damping portion and other structures contacting the damping panel, and air exists in such a space portion, so that such air can absorb sound and impact sound passing through the damping panel. In addition, the present invention has the effect of preventing the sound and impact sound from being transmitted to other layers by constituting the side cushioning member and the mocassette for communicating the exterior of the finishing material and the space portion of the damping panel.
The method of manufacturing a damping panel according to the present invention is characterized in that the damping portion of the damping panel is integrally formed of the same material as the panel body by the damping portion pressing step, in particular, the damping portion pressing step by roll forming, Unlike the conventional damping panel manufacturing method of manufacturing a damping panel according to the prior art in which a part is formed of a heterogeneous material and is manufactured through a fastening process, the productivity and the load can be reduced by reducing work load and time.

Referring to the drawings, the
At this time, the panel body may have a flat shape as a plate-like structure. Here, the first projecting
The first projecting
In addition, the

First, the method of manufacturing the damping
Here, the main body preparing step is a step of providing a flat panel main body made of a steel plate, and the panel main body is preferably provided with a steel plate for press working and a strip among the steel plates for a roll forming operation .
The damping part pressing step is a step of pressing the damping
At this time, it is preferable that the damping portion pressing step is performed by roll forming. Such roll forming is not described here because the method is described in Korean Patent Laid-Open Nos. 2014-0085823 and 2011-0102851.
The method of manufacturing the damping
In addition, in the damping
Meanwhile, a floor structure in which the damping
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the bottom structure of FIG. 2, and FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of the bottom structure of FIG.
Referring to the drawings, the floor structure of the present invention includes a floor body including a
Here, the damping
This allows the operator to easily install the
In the meantime, the heat insulating material of the floor main body can be formed to fill the upper space portion formed by the damping portion, although it is not shown in the drawing, as another embodiment, thereby effectively reducing the thickness of the floor structure, It is possible to maximize the heat insulating effect of the heat insulating material. In this case, the heat insulating material of the floor main body may be integrally formed with the damping panel, and the damping panel may be formed as a single member in which the damping panel is disposed at the bottom when the heat insulating material is manufactured, and the heat insulating material and the damping panel are sequentially laminated. At this time, the upper space portion of the damping panel is completely filled with the heat insulating material. Accordingly, since the damping panel and the heat insulating material can be installed at one time in the construction process, the work process can be simplified, and the air can be shortened and the construction labor cost can be reduced.
In addition, the floor structure of the present invention may further include a floor body and a
The sound generated in the indoor space and the impact sound that impacts the floor structure from the indoor space are propagated through the floor structure. In this process, the damping panel The air is absorbed into the air of the space formed by the damping
At this time, the sound absorbing air in the space portion of the damping
In addition, the present invention may further include a
