Abstract
Description
The present invention provides a sound absorbing space between a floor slab and a side wall of a building structure such as a house, and enables noise and vibration to be transmitted to the sound absorbing space. Thus, To a floor structure for preventing interlayer noise that can be minimized, and a method of constructing the floor structure.
In recent years, apartment houses, multi-family houses, and other multi-family houses have been constructed, so that the inter-floor noise transmitted from the upper-floor generation through the floor to the lower-floor generation has become a social problem.
This kind of interlayer noise is classified into a light impact sound including a high frequency component noise such as a drop impact sound such as a goods or a moving friction sound such as a house and a heavy impact sound as a low frequency component noise generated by an adult walking or a child jumping do. The light impact sound generated by the drop impact of a light object is relatively low, so it is attenuated by a surface finishing material such as mortar or mortar or a double ceiling structure. However, due to the impact force of the heavy impact sound, the impact force changes to vibration and the vibration changes to noise and is still transmitted to the lower layer.
As a result of the above problems, the government revised the floor impact sound insulation structure approval and management standard notification of the apartment building, and from July 1, 2005, the floor slab thickness of the apartment house was made to be 210mm, When the standard floor structure is not followed by this amendment, the fact that the floor noise is 50dB or less is required to be recognized by Korea Performance Research Institute.
Therefore, it is necessary to increase the slab thickness in order to reduce the interlayer noise during the floor construction of the present apartment house, to install the sound insulating material / insulation material / finishing mortar on the floor of the upper floor or to make a floor structure to form a certain space on the floor of the slab and upper floor And the upper floor has a double bottom structure. However, there has been a limit to mitigate the heavy impact sound by the impact applied to the upper floor being transmitted to the lower floor by resonating with the floor structure layer and the slab layer.
In addition, in order to reduce the interlayer noise, it is difficult to change the structural design due to the addition of various auxiliary materials and devices such as a vibration damping device and a noise absorbing device, There is a problem that the time period of construction is increased and the cost is increased accordingly.
