Abstract
An airless tire is started. An airless tire of the present invention comprises: a hub having a rotation shaft at a center; An inner band formed in a circular ring shape around the hub; A plurality of spokes connecting the hub and the inner band; And an outer band which is formed in a circular ring shape and whose inner circumferential surface is in close contact with the outer circumferential surface of the inner band, and the outer band is detachable from the inner band. According to the present invention, since the outer band is detachable from the inner band, the outer band can be easily replaced when worn, and the coupling between the outer band and the inner band can be firmly and easily performed by the fastening protrusion, It is possible to provide an airless tire excellent in rigidity by a spoke including one spoke and a second spoke.
Description
The present invention relates to an airless tire, and more particularly, to an airless tire in which no air is injected therein, and which can be replaced when the outer circumferential surface of the tie is worn.
Rubber and the like, and the tire forming the outer circumferential surface of the wheel of the automobile is generally combined with the wheel of the automobile while injecting air into the automobile.
However, this type of tire may cause puncture due to the loss of injected air or wear or damage of the tire. Recently, many airless tires have been developed to solve this problem.
Airless tires are a type of tire in which no air is injected inside. They are designed with a complicated structure using thermoplastic resin between the tread and the wheel, and are flexible in shape deformation and restoration by impact.
In this way, airless tires should be able to absorb external shocks without using compressed air. To this end, the airless tires have been developed in order to diversify the spoke shape and to provide excellent buffering effect.
In this regard, Korean Patent No. 10-1378436 discloses an " airless tire ", specifically, a first band and a second band facing each other at an interval, a first band and a second band And a first linking member and a second linking member for connecting the plurality of spokes separated from each other and the neighboring spokes to each other, wherein the spokes have a first member bent from the first band toward the second band in a curved shape, And a second member whose one side is curved in a curved shape from the second band toward the first band, the other side of the first member and the second member being connected to each other, and the first member and the second member The directions of the curves of the spokes are opposite to each other, and the structural stiffness of the spokes can be improved.
As another prior art, Korean Patent No. 10-1043001 discloses "airless tires ". Specifically, air pressure is not used but a shock is absorbed through an Auxetic type spoke buffer, and a pressure To an airless tire, comprising: a cylindrical ground contacting portion contacting a ground; A rotary shaft fixing portion located inside the ground contacting portion while forming a circumference smaller than the ground contacting portion; Shaped spokes for buffering while connecting the ground contact and the rotary shaft fixing part, while restoring the original shape when the pressure or impact is removed, thereby forming a superior tire. .
However, since the airless tires are used in contact with the ground, the tires (especially the outer circumferential surface) must be worn. In such a case, replacement of the expensive airless tires may cause cost and material waste. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a form in which a substantial portion of airless tires can be reused even when the tire is worn.
An object of the present invention is to provide an airless tire which can easily cross a worn portion of an outer circumferential surface of an airless tire and which can easily be joined and separated from an inner band and an outer band and is excellent in rigidity.
The above-described object is achieved by a hub comprising: a hub having a rotating shaft at a center; An inner band formed in a circular ring shape around the hub; A plurality of spokes connecting the hub and the inner band; And an outer band which is formed in a circular ring shape and whose inner circumferential surface is in close contact with the outer circumferential surface of the inner band, and the outer band is attachable to and detachable from the inner band.
In addition, at least one fastening groove formed on the outer circumferential surface of the inner band and a fastening protrusion inserted into the fastening groove may be formed on the inner band of the outer band.
Wherein the fastening protrusion includes a shoulder portion provided inside the outer band or exposed at an outer peripheral surface of the outer band; A neck portion extending from the shoulder portion toward the hub, the neck portion being narrower than the shoulder portion; And a head portion extending from the neck portion toward the hub, the head portion being wider than the neck portion, and the coupling groove may be formed such that a part of the neck portion and the head portion are closely inserted.
Further, the fastening protrusion may be movable in a direction passing through the outer band.
The fastening protrusion includes an insertion space formed in a hollow shape at the center of the shoulder portion, the neck portion, and the head portion; And a fixing pin inserted in the insertion space and moving along the longitudinal direction of the insertion space to fill the insertion space.
Meanwhile, the fastening groove and the fastening protrusion may be formed in a region having a constant cross-sectional shape along the direction of the rotation axis and narrower than a width of the inner band and the outer band.
In addition, in the airbag tire according to the present invention, the outer band may be formed in a ring shape by joining both ends of one-shaped band, and both ends of the band may be engaged with each other or joined by separate fastening means.
And the spoke includes a first spoke formed along the normal direction of the inner band; And a second spoke connecting the first spokes, wherein the second spokes are curved and convex toward the hub.
