Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for automatically generating an online shopping cart by extracting keywords,

The present invention relates to a method for creating an online shopping cart.

An online shopping mall or an internet shopping mall is a virtual shop that allows users to buy and sell goods using the Internet. Unlike offline shopping malls, online shopping malls have no time and space limitations, so consumers can purchase products at a relatively low price anytime, anywhere. As an operator of an online shopping mall, it is possible to provide merchandise information that meets the taste of the consumer without restriction of the merchandise. The operator of the online shopping mall can directly sell the product to the consumer or relay the transaction by connecting the seller and the consumer. Online shopping has grown rapidly in recent years due to the development of information and communication technology and the convenience of purchasing goods.

On the other hand, most modern people live a busy life. If you need something, you can either keep your purchase list in your head or write it down on a note, etc., and place your order online or offline when you have time. It is mainly used for online shopping malls, but it can be used to order goods with mobile devices such as smart phones and it is convenient to ship home.

Human beings are vulnerable to oblivion. Everyone will experience it, but sometimes it is not possible to shop online because the list of purchases in memory does not come up, or the memo that I wrote down can not be found. In order to compensate for this, more and more people are using online shopping while watching their smartphone when they enter a purchase list on a smartphone's memo application.

But shopping online using these memo applications is not easy. Some consumers store various information in the memo application, so it is difficult to easily identify where the purchase list is entered. Even if you have found a purchase list, you still need to search for the item on the Internet for each item you need, and you have to sort through the price or buyer review to find the desired item.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for automatically generating an online shopping cart by keyword extraction that can help a consumer to easily and conveniently perform an online shopping.

The objects of the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned objects, and other objects not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for automatically generating an online shopping cart by extracting keywords, comprising the steps of: (a) receiving a purchase list of goods to be purchased in a memo application of the consumer terminal, (B) a keyword extracting unit of the consumer terminal extracts a product keyword from the purchase list and transmits the product keyword to the shopping management server; and (c) (D) registering, in the shopping cart linked to the consumer account of the consumer terminal, at least some goods from the shopping list by the shopping management server.

In the step (d), the shopping management server may register the at least some goods in the online shopping cart in the order of price or review score.

The shopping management server may include a product purchased in the past in the on-line shopping cart when there is a purchase history in the interest list by referring to the purchase history of the consumer terminal.

Before the step (b), the keyword extracting unit may request access to extract the product keyword from the memo application, and approving the access request.

In the step (b), the keyword extracting unit may periodically extract the keyword and transmit it to the shopping management server.

(D), the shopping management server transmits the online shopping cart information to the consumer terminal at the request of the consumer terminal, and a step of, when the consumer terminal receives the order for at least one of the products registered in the online shopping cart And transmitting the information to the shopping management server.

The details of other embodiments are included in the detailed description and drawings.

As described above, according to the method for automatically generating an online shopping cart by keyword extraction according to the present invention, if a consumer leaves a simple purchase list in a consumer terminal such as a smart phone or a wearable device, So that the user can conveniently purchase the goods.

Specifically, since only the keywords related to shopping are selectively extracted from the contents recorded in the memo application of the consumer terminal, the consumer does not have to check the contents stored in the memo application in order to find the purchase list.

In addition, the related products are automatically entered into the online shopping carts without the need of a separate Internet search for the items that the consumer is interested in purchasing normally, and the consumer can check and confirm the items.

Consumers' confidence in online shopping carts is high because the related items are selectively entered into the online shopping cart in the order of price or review score. Further, when there is a product having a past history of purchase by a consumer among the related products, the customer can help the customer to repurchase by displaying the purchase history product separately.

As a modified example, the memo application 304 may provide a separate storage space for the purchase list, and may extract the product keyword from the purchase list stored in the storage space. The present invention is not limited to these examples, and the keyword extracting unit 306 may extract the product keyword from the purchase list stored in the memo application 304 in various ways.

The keyword extracting unit 306 transmits the extracted product keyword to the shopping management server 100. [ The shopping management server 100 generates a list of interests made up of customized products using the product keyword and registers at least some items in the list of interest in the online shopping cart linked to the consumer account. The function and role of the shopping management server 100 will be described later in detail.

The goods ordering unit 308 of the consumer terminal 300 accesses the online shopping mall provided by the shopping management server 100 and transmits order information to the shopping management server 100 for goods that are desired to be purchased among the products registered in the online shopping cart, Lt; / RTI >

In this embodiment, one consumer terminal 300 includes both the keyword extracting unit 306 and the goods ordering unit 308, but the present invention is not limited thereto. That is, the consumer terminal 300 may be composed of a plurality of physically separated devices. The keyword extracting unit 306 and the memo application 304 are preferably included in the same terminal but the keyword extracting unit 306 and the product ordering unit 308 may be configured as separate terminals. For example, a first consumer terminal configured by a smart phone transmits product keyword information to the shopping management server 100, and a consumer accesses the shopping management server 100 through a second consumer terminal such as a computer to purchase a product . Herein, the first consumer terminal and the second consumer terminal are physically divided, but functions as a function of sending and receiving data to and from the shopping management server 100 on behalf of the consumer.

The seller terminal 400 is a wired or wireless communication device that is connected to the shopping management server 100 via the wired / wireless Internet 200 and transmits and receives information on merchandise sales. In addition, the storage unit 160 may store programs, contents, and other data such as O / S (Operating System) and various applications necessary for driving the shopping management server 100.

The control unit 110 controls the operation of the internal components of the shopping management server 100.

Hereinafter, a method of automatically generating an online shopping cart according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. FIG. FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method of automatically generating an online shopping cart by keyword extraction according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a flowchart illustrating details of creating a favorite list and registering an online shopping cart in FIG.

First, the consumer of the consumer terminal 300 can execute a web browser and input the address of an online shopping mall website operated by the shopping management server 100. [ The consumer terminal 300 accesses the shopping management server 100 based on the inputted address and receives the online shopping screen data. Accordingly, the consumer terminal 300 provides a shopping screen to the consumer.

The consumer enters his / her information using the consumer terminal 300 and joins the shopping management server 100 as a consumer member (S10).

Likewise, the seller enters his / her information using the seller terminal 400 and enters the seller's membership into the shopping management server 100 (S12). The seller registers the goods information including the goods, the price, the quantity, the origin, the manufacturer, the expiration date, etc. of the seller in the shopping management server 100 using the seller terminal 400 (S14).

The consumer terminal 300 includes a memo application 304, a keyword extracting unit 306, a goods ordering unit 308 and the like. The keyword extracting unit 306 extracts a product keyword from the memo application 304 And the consumer approves the access request on behalf of the memo application 304 (S20).

The consumer inputs various memos for online shopping, that is, a purchase list to the memo application 304 (S22). The keyword extracting unit 306 extracts a product keyword from the purchase list input to the memo application 304 using various algorithms (S24). Here, the product keyword may be a keyword related to product information that is sold in the online shopping mall of the shopping management server 100 among the purchase list.

The consumer terminal 300 transmits the extracted product keyword to the shopping management server 100 (S26).

The shop management server 100 includes an interest list search unit 140, a purchase history reference unit 120 and a shopping cart registration unit 150. The interest list searching unit 140 searches the interest list searching unit 140, (Step S30). The shopping cart registration unit 150 extracts at least some items from the interest list and registers them in an online shopping cart linked to the consumer account (S32). This process will be described in detail with reference to FIG.

The interest list searching unit 140 performs the same or similar search on the goods information DB 164 using the product keyword received from the consumer terminal 300 to generate a list of interest (S100). Here, the interest list is made up of products that are searched for by the product keyword among the products that are sold in the online shopping mall of the shopping management server 100.

Subsequently, the purchase history reference unit 120 reviews the purchasing history of the consumer from the customer information DB 162 (S110). If it is determined that there is a past purchased product (i.e., a past purchased product) from among the products constituting the interest list (S120), then if there is a past purchased product, the product information is stored in the shopping cart registration unit 150 (S125). If there is no past purchase item, the shopping cart registration unit 150 registers an arbitrary number of products in the order of lowest price among the interest lists or in the order of higher scores of consumer reviews (S130). If there is a past purchase item, the past purchase item and the items selected from the other interest list may be displayed on the screen of the consumer terminal 300 separately from each other.

Thus, even if the consumer does not separately access the online shopping mall of the shopping management server 100, the online shopping cart is automatically formed in the shopping management server 100 from the shopping list stored in the consumer terminal 300. [

After a certain period of time, if the consumer wishes to perform an online shopping, the consumer terminal 300 accesses the shopping management server 100 to request online shopping cart information (S40). The shopping management server 100 transmits the online shopping cart information to the consumer terminal 300 (S42). The consumer transmits order information of the favorite commodity among the commodities registered in the online shopping cart to the shopping management server 100 through the consumer terminal 300 (S46). Although not shown, the consumer terminal 300 can perform settlement through the shopping management server 100 or another server.

Subsequently, the shopping management server 100 transmits the order information to the seller terminal 400 (S46), and the seller delivers the goods to the consumer according to the order information (S50).

5 illustrates an exemplary online shopping cart according to an embodiment of the present invention. This example shows a case where there is a past purchase item in the list of interest. Here, the 'recent purchase history' represents the past purchased product and its purchase information, and the 'recommended product' represents five products in the lowest order among the list of interest. The consumer may repurchase the past purchase item from the recent purchase history, or may select a favorite product from the recommended item.

While the present invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be practical exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, You will understand. It is therefore to be understood that the above-described embodiments are illustrative in all aspects and not restrictive.
