Claims (11)
고주파의 전류가 흐르는 코일을 구비하고, 상기 차량용 샤프트가 상기 코일 내부로 관통되도록 하여 상기 차량용 샤프트의 표면을 고주파 유도 가열하는 가열부;
상기 가열부가 상기 차량용 샤프트의 축방향을 따라 상기 차량용 샤프트의 일단에서 타단으로 이동하도록 하는 구동부;
상기 차량용 샤프트의 표면에 소입수를 분사하는 소입수 분사부; 및
상기 가열부의 위치를 인지하고 상기 가열부 및 상기 구동부를 제어하여, 상기 중공 샤프트와 상기 스터브 샤프트의 연결부위에 인접한 상기 스터브 샤프트의 소정구간인 비(非)열처리구간에 대해서는 상기 가열부에 의해 가열되지 않도록 하는 제어부;를 포함하는 차량용 샤프트 열처리 장치.
