Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat exchange unit having a turbulent flow generating means. More particularly, the present invention relates to a heat exchange unit provided with a fluid turbulence generating means having a simple structure and excellent heat exchange efficiency.
In cooling systems such as building air-conditioning systems or industrial coolers, the cooling medium is cooled down through a heat exchanger and then re-supplied to the cooling system for use.
On the other hand, the cooling tower cools the cooling water used as the cooling medium of the cooling device in direct contact with the outdoor air, and is one of the most commonly used heat exchangers because of its excellent cooling efficiency.
However, such a cooling tower is complicated in construction and causes a lot of installation costs, and has problems such as plume, noise and vibration. In addition, since the cooling water is contaminated by the bacteria during the cooling process, the cooling water must be sterilized periodically and the amount of cooling water is reduced due to the evaporation of the cooling water, so that the cooling water needs to be replenished periodically, Operating costs are also high.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a heat exchanging unit equipped with a fluid turbulence generating unit of a new structure which is simple in construction, excellent in heat exchange efficiency and easy to manufacture.

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 4 are views showing a first embodiment of the present invention. The present invention is a heat exchange unit connected to a cooling device such as an air conditioner system or an industrial cooler of a building. The heat exchanger unit includes a
The
The
The turbulence generating means 400 includes a
The turbulent flow generating means 400 is installed in the
The
The
Although the
3, the fluid guiding means 500 is installed in the
The fluid conveyed to the
The fluid is guided in the direction adjacent to the inner surface of the
The turbulence generating means 400 and the fluid guiding means 500 are formed of metal or synthetic resin and installed in various ways in the pipe. In this embodiment, the turbulence generating means 400 and the fluid guiding means 500 are made of metal And is molded and welded to the
4, a plurality of the turbulent flow generating means 400 and the fluid guiding means 500 are installed inside the
The turbulence generating means 400 and the fluid guiding means 500 may be connected to the
The present invention having such a configuration is connected to a piping through which the cooling medium of the cooling device is conveyed through the
As described above, the heat exchange efficiency of the present invention is equal to or higher than that of the conventional air-cooled heat exchanger even if the heat exchanger is manufactured in a relatively small size. That is, the present invention provides a heat exchanger that is compact and has excellent heat exchange efficiency. Particularly, when the present invention is applied to a cooling tower, it is possible to obtain excellent heat exchange efficiency that is not inferior to that of a cooling tower. In addition, the present invention is economical because it is simple in configuration, easy to operate and manage, ), Noise and vibration are solved.
Hereinafter, other embodiments of the present invention will be described, and the same structures and effects as those of the above-described embodiments will not be described.
5 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the turbulence generating means 400 and the fluid guiding means 500 are integrally connected to each other. The
