Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a thin metal plate, and to a thin metal plate manufacturing apparatus for producing a thin metal plate through continuous electroforming.
Metal pole has been developed for various purposes and is widely used in the home / industry.
As an example, aluminum foil is widely used for domestic and food cooking, and stainless steel foil is mainly used as interior material for building or exterior material.
Electrolytic copper foil is widely used as a circuit of a printed circuit board (PCB), and recently it is widely used mainly in small-sized products such as a notebook computer, a personal digital assistant (PDA), an E-book, and a mobile phone.
In addition, metal foils for special purposes are also being produced. In the case of an invar alloy foil, CTE (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion) is low and is used as an encapsulant for organic light emitting diodes and as a fine metal mask (FMM). In addition, the negative electrode current collector and the electronic device substrate of the secondary battery are attracting much attention.
In order to meet the various uses of the background as described above, the flexibility of invarge is required. In order to improve the invargeability, it is preferable to make the thickness of the invar.
As an example, rolled ingots are known as invarges excellent in flexibility. As a manufacturing method of rolled ingots, iron and nickel are cast in an ingot, and rolling and annealing are repeated to produce a thin plate.
The invar produced by this method has a high elongation percentage, and the surface is smooth, so cracks are difficult to enter.
However, it is difficult to manufacture the rolled ingots with a width of 1 m or more due to mechanical restrictions at the time of production, and production at a constant thickness (about 20 탆) or less is not easy, which is disadvantageous in that it is expensive.
Meanwhile, the inverters can be manufactured by electroforming (EF) so that the thickness adjustment of the inverters can be relatively easily performed at a low cost.
As shown in Fig. 1, the apparatus for manufacturing a thin metal sheet according to the electroforming method comprises a cylindrical drum-like
At this time, a certain gap exists between a pair of the
The

Wherein the supply nozzle is configured to have a current density equal to a current density between the cathode material and the cathode material.

In the drawings, like reference numerals are used to refer to like elements throughout the drawings, even if they are shown on different drawings. In the following description of the present invention, a detailed description of known functions and configurations incorporated herein will be omitted when it may make the subject matter of the present invention rather unclear.
FIG. 5 is a view showing an apparatus for manufacturing a metal sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is an enlarged view showing a cathode material and a supply nozzle in the apparatus for manufacturing a metal sheet of FIG.
Referring to the drawings, the present invention is an apparatus for manufacturing a thin metal plate, which is configured to continuously produce a thin plate by plating on a drum-shaped
Here, the
A plurality of the
Here, the
As described above, since the
1 and 2, the
To describe the process of producing the
At this time, the electrodeposition is not smoothly performed at the portion where the
This
As shown in FIG. 3, the
That is, after the thin metal plate 1 including the
5 and 6, in order to prevent the discontinuous layer as described above from being formed on the metal thin plate, the present invention is characterized in that, as a preferable example disposed between the plurality of
The
Further, the
Accordingly, the
On the other hand, the
FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the supply nozzle of FIG. 6, and FIG. 8 is a plan view of the electrode cover of the supply nozzle of FIG.
Referring to the drawings, the
Here, the
The
Only the
The
At this time, a plurality of the
As a result, the present invention as described above has a
