Description
The present invention relates to a transparent conductive film and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a transparent conductive film using a carbon nanotube having improved adhesion of a CNT pattern layer and a method of manufacturing the same.
Generally, transparent conductive films have high conductivity (e.g., sheet resistivity of less than 1 x 10 3 ? / Sq) and high transmittance (more than 80%) in the visible region. Accordingly, the transparent conductive film can be applied to a plasma display panel (PDP), a liquid crystal display (LCD) device, a light emitting diode (LED), an organic light emitting diode (OLED) ), A touch panel or a solar cell, as well as an antistatic film for use in automobile windowpanes and windowpanes of buildings, a transparent electromagnetic wave shielding material such as an electromagnetic wave shielding film, a transparent heating element such as a heat ray reflective film, .
Indium tin oxide (ITO) is the most widely used material for transparent electrodes in such a field because ITO can satisfy excellent electrical characteristics and high light transmittance. However, ITO has a low frictional resistance and a weak resistance to bending. In addition, indium used as a main material has a problem of not only being very expensive due to limited natural reserves, but also having poor processability.
In order to solve such processability problems, transparent conductive materials using conductive polymers such as polyaniline and polythiophene have been developed. The transparent conductive film using the conductive polymer has the advantage that high conductivity can be obtained by doping, and the bonding property and the bending property of the coating film are excellent. However, a transparent film using a conductive polymer has a problem that it is difficult to obtain an excellent electrical conductivity to be used for a transparent electrode, and transparency is low.
In recent years, carbon nanotubes having excellent electrical conductivity and adhesion stability to a substrate and having little deformation due to thermal expansion have been proposed as conductive materials for transparent electrodes. Carbon nanotubes exhibit a unique phenomenon depending on the angle of winding of the graphene sheet and the diameter of the wound tube, and thus various applications of nanoelectronic devices such as memories, electron emission displays, and sensors are being sought.
Carbon nanotubes have a resistivity of 10 -4 to 10 -3 Ω cm and exhibit very good conductivity, excellent mechanical properties, chemical stability, and large surface area, and have been applied to various fields. Further, even a small amount of carbon nanotubes can have a low per-percolation threshold, so that a transparent film can be obtained in the visible light region.
An example of such a transparent conductive film using carbon nanotubes is disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2007-0099342 (Patent Document 1). Patent Document 1 proposes a method of improving adhesion and electrical conductivity by impregnating a plastic substrate with a physical method such as heat, pressure, light, or voltage.
However, when the carbon nanotubes are impregnated into the substrate by the physical method, the impregnation process becomes complicated, and the carbon nanotube network is inevitably damaged.
Another example of manufacturing a transparent conductive film using carbon nanotubes is disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2013-0045286 (Patent Document 2). Patent Document 2 proposes a method of forming a pattern after forming an overcoat layer on a conductive film.
However, the method disclosed in Patent Document 2 has a problem that the overcoat layer may be damaged or deformed by the etching solution, and the process is complicated.
