Abstract

본 발명은 구강세척용 발포 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 특히 구강 유해성 세균에 저항성을 가지고 구강의 위생개선과 냄새제거 효과를 갖는 천연 조성물을 함유하여 양치 또는 가글 후 배출하거나 삼킬 수 있는 구강세척용 발포 조성물에 관한 것이다.
이를 위하여, 본 발명은 국화추출물 4~6중량%, 녹차추출물 4~6중량%, 소르비톨 30~35중량%, 탄산수소나트륨 37~43중량%, 구연산 6~10중량%, 스테아린산마그네슘 1~3중량%, 포비돈K-30 2~4중량%, L-멘톨 3~5중량%를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구강세척용 발포 조성물을 제공한다.
한편, 다른 실시예에 따른 본 발명은 국화추출물 4~6중량%, 녹차추출물 4~6중량%, 감초추출물 4~6중량%, 소르비톨 26~30중량%, 탄산수소나트륨 37~43중량%, 구연산 6~10중량%, 스테아린산마그네슘 1~3중량%, 포비돈K-30 2~4중량%, L-멘톨 3~5중량%를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구강세척용 발포 조성물을 제공한다.

Description

구강세척용 발포 조성물{COMPOSITION OF FOAMING TABLET}
본 발명은 구강세척용 발포 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 구강 유해성 세균에 저항성을 가지고 구강의 위생개선과 냄새제거 효과를 갖는 천연 조성물을 함유하여 양치 또는 가글 후 배출하거나 삼킬 수 있는 구강세척용 발포 조성물에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 발포정(effervescent tablet)은 약물 이외에 탄산수소나트륨과 유기산을 함유한 가용성 정제(tablet)로 물에 넣으면 이산화탄소를 발생시켜 구강 점막에 가벼운 청량감을 주며 위장약, 구강청결제 등에 사용된다.
그런데, 기존의 발포성 액상타입 구강청결제의 경우 부피가 크고 보관용기 파손 및 보관소홀로 인한 액의 누수 등이 발생할 우려가 많았고 경시변화를 일으키는 문제가 있는 반면에, 발포정은 물만 있으면 어디에서든지 손쉽게 섭취할 수 있으므로 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다.
예를 들어, 다공성 플라스틱 과립 재료를 이용하여 구강 내에서 타액 또는 저작에 의해 신속히 용해되어 양치나 가글 후 배출하지 않고 삼키는 것이 가능한 구강 및 인후 위생 조성물이 개발(특허공개 제2009-76443호 참조)된 바 있다.
이와 같이, 구강세척을 용이하게 하여 삶의 질을 개선할 필요가 있음은 물론이고, 최근 노인인구 증가에 따른 틀니사용이 확대됨에 따라 틀니세척 제품의 개발 또한 필요한 실정이다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 제안된 것으로서, 틀니 내지 구강세척이 용이함은 물론이고 구강 유해성 세균에 저항성을 가지고 냄새제거에 탁월한 구강세척용 발포 조성물을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 구강세척용 발포 조성물은 국화추출물 4~6중량%, 녹차추출물 4~6중량%, 소르비톨 30~35중량%, 탄산수소나트륨 37~43중량%, 구연산 6~10중량%, 스테아린산마그네슘 1~3중량%, 포비돈K-30 2~4중량%, L-멘톨 3~5중량%를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
한편, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 구강세척용 발포 조성물은 국화추출물 4~6중량%, 녹차추출물 4~6중량%, 감초추출물 4~6중량%, 소르비톨 26~30중량%, 탄산수소나트륨 37~43중량%, 구연산 6~10중량%, 스테아린산마그네슘 1~3중량%, 포비돈K-30 2~4중량%, L-멘톨 3~5중량%를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 구강 세척용 발포 조성물은 구강 유해성 세균에 저항성을 가지고 구강의 위생개선과 냄새제거에 탁월한 유용한 효과를 발휘한다.
이하, 본 발명의 목적이 구체적으로 실현될 수 있는 바람직한 실시예를 상세히 설명한다. 본 실시예를 설명함에 있어서, 동일 구성에 대해서는 동일 명칭이 사용되며 이에 따른 부가적인 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
본 발명의 구강세척용 발포 조성물은 국화추출물 4~6중량%, 녹차추출물 4~6중량%, 소르비톨 30~35중량%, 탄산수소나트륨 37~43중량%, 구연산 6~10중량%, 스테아린산마그네슘 1~3중량%, 포비돈K-30 2~4중량%, L-멘톨 3~5중량%를 포함하여 구성된다.
다른 실시예로서, 본 발명은 국화추출물 4~6중량%, 녹차추출물 4~6중량%, 감초추출물 4~6중량%, 소르비톨 26~30중량%, 탄산수소나트륨 37~43중량%, 구연산 6~10중량%, 스테아린산마그네슘 1~3중량%, 포비돈K-30 2~4중량%, L-멘톨 3~5중량%를 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 성분들을 이용하여 발포성의 부형제(excipients) 및 감미의 부형제의 혼합과 적절한 공정을 거쳐 제조되며 정제로 제조된 제품은 휴대성이 용이하고 사용시 소량의 물이나 구강 내 타액으로도 쉽게 발포가 가능하여 사용이 간편하다.

본 발명의 실시예 1의 경우 국화추출물 5중량%, 녹차추출물 5중량%, 소르비톨 33중량%, 탄산수소나트륨 40중량%, 구연산 8중량%, 스테아린산마그네슘 2중량%, 포비돈K-30 3중량%, L-멘톨 4중량%을 사용하였다.
그리고, 본 발명의 실시예 2의 경우 국화추출물 5중량%, 녹차추출물 5중량%, 감초추출물 5중량%, 소르비톨 28중량%, 탄산수소나트륨 40중량%, 구연산 8중량%, 스테아린산마그네슘 2중량%, 포비돈K-30 3중량%, L-멘톨 4중량%을 사용하였다.
정제 조성물의 제조는 일반적인 내용고형제의 정제 제조와 유사하게 제조되는데, 우선 주성분인 국화추출물과 녹차추출물(내지 감초추출물)을 소르비톨, 탄산수소나트퓸, L-멘톨과 혼합하여 스피드믹서에 넣고 섞은 후 에탄올에 용해된 포비돈(폴리비닐프롤리돈)K-30액을 넣어 습식과립(separated wet granulation)을 해서 입자를 형성한다.
이때, 과립의 방법은 바스켓을 활용한 습식과립 내지 유동층조립을 통한 과립을 이용할 수 있다.
그리고, 건조가 완료된 과립은 파워밀이나 체구멍 0.5mm 이하의 체를 사용하여 정립하고, 여기에 활택제(slip modifiers)로서 스테아린산마그네슘 소량과 발표제로서의 구연산을 추가로 투여하여 혼합기에서 혼합한 다음, 세종파마텍의 MRC-31S로터리타정기를 사용하여 중량이 900mg이고 지름이 1.2cm, 두께가 3mm인 타원형의 발포정을 제조하였다.
제조시 혼합물과 타정물의 공정상 관리는 발포정이 높은 흡습성을 고려하여 온도가 23℃이하이고 상대습도가 25%이하인 작업장소에서 제조하였다.
상기 실시예1, 2의 방법으로 제조한 발포 조성물(정제)에 대하여 다음 시험을 실시하였다.
1) 정제 경도측정
제조된 정제의 경도는 Scheuniger사의 경도계를 이용하여 10개 정제의 경도를 측정한 후 그 평균값을 정제의 경도로 간주하였다. 이때 측정값은 환산하지 않는 읽혀진 값이며 아래 표에 실시예들에 대한 경도를 표시하였다.

2) 정제의 발포시간 측정
가. 용해시간 측정방법 1: PHARMA TEST사의 용출기(PTWS-1210)에 정제수 900mL를 넣고 정제 1정을 넣은 후 50rpm의 교반속도로 패들을 회전시켜 육안으로 관찰시 정제의 형태가 더 이상 존재하지 않을 때까지의 시간을 측정하였다.
나. 용해시간 측정방법 2: 저작에 의한 용해 및 발포속도는 정제를 구강 내에 투입하고 저작하게 한 다음 정제를 패트리접시에 뱉어내어 손가락으로 알갱이감을 느끼지 못하는 시점을 측정하였다.

3)구강위생 개선조사
천연물을 주성분으로 하여 구강청결을 목적으로 하는 발포정제의 효과를 확인하기 위하여 사용자평가(n=10)를 실시하면서 정제를 1개 사용한 후 청량감을 확인하는 평가를 진행하였으며, 구강청량감과 목넘김성을 확인하였다.
설문지수는 매우좋음(5), 좋음(4), 보통(3), 나쁨(2), 아주나쁨(5)이다.

본 발명의 구강세척용 발포 조성물은 상술한 바와 같이 발포정 타입(기존의 액상타입 가능)으로 제조하여 휴대성이 용이하고 발포정제는 타액 내지 소량의 물과 함께 적용시 효과적인 구강세척과 냄새제거를 가능하게 하였다.
이와 같이 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시예를 살펴보았으며, 앞서 설명된 실시예 이외에도 본 발명이 그 취지나 범주에서 벗어남이 없이 다른 특정 형태로 구체화될 수 있다는 사실은 해당 기술분야에 있어 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게는 자명한 것이다.
그러므로, 상술된 실시예는 제한적인 것이 아니라 예시적인 것으로 여겨져야 하며, 이에 따라 본 발명은 상술한 설명에 한정되지 않고 첨부된 청구항의 범주 및 그 동등 범위 내에서 변경될 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 국화추출물 4~6중량%, 녹차추출물 4~6중량%, 소르비톨 30~35중량%, 탄산수소나트륨 37~43중량%, 구연산 6~10중량%, 스테아린산마그네슘 1~3중량%, 포비돈K-30 2~4중량%, L-멘톨 3~5중량%를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구강세척용 발포 정제.
  2. 국화추출물 4~6중량%, 녹차추출물 4~6중량%, 감초추출물 4~6중량%, 소르비톨 26~30중량%, 탄산수소나트륨 37~43중량%, 구연산 6~10중량%, 스테아린산마그네슘 1~3중량%, 포비돈K-30 2~4중량%, L-멘톨 3~5중량%를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구강세척용 발포 정제.
