결과적으로 본 발명은 기존에 사무실이나 가정에서 사용하던 의자에 운동기구를 장착하여 운동할 수 있는 발명으로, 새로이 운동기구가 장착된 의자를 고가의 비용을 들여서 구입할 필요가 없으며, 각각의 기능을 가진 운동 기구 또한 여러 가지 종류를 구입하지 않아도 되는 이점이 있으며,
필요에 따라서 원하는 운동기구를 언제든지 보관함 뚜껑(60)만 열고 돌출시켜서 운동을 하고 운동을 한 후에는 다시 의자 밑 보관함(30) 안에 보관할 수 있어 사용도 편리하며. 탈, 장착이 쉬우므로 다른 의자에 옮겨서 사용하기도 쉽다.
