Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a conductive substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a conductive substrate having nano carbon or metal nano and a conductive thin film based thereon, and a method of forming a pattern thereof.
Conductive thin films based on nanocarbon or metal nanowires are formed by coating nanocarbon or metal nanowire particles on a substrate. The conductive thin film based on nano carbon can be formed by preparing a nano carbon dispersion liquid and wet coating the substrate or by making a buckypaper and transferring it to the substrate or by forming a coating film on another substrate and transferring it to the substrate have. Conductive thin films based on metal nanowires can be formed by wet coating a metal nanowire dispersion.
Conventional techniques for forming a wiring pattern on such a conductive thin film include an etching method through a photolithography (photolithography) process, a laser etching process, and the like. In the photolithography process, a photoresist is coated on a conductive thin film to form a wiring pattern, a photoresist pattern is formed on the conductive thin film by exposing and developing ultraviolet rays, and then the conductive thin film is etched to a specific shape by a wet or dry method, Thereby forming a pattern. In the laser etching method, a wiring pattern is formed by etching a conductive thin film into a specific shape using a laser.
Such a conventional method can form a fine pattern of a conductive thin film by using a known process. However, since a separate process must be performed to form a wiring pattern such as a photolithography process, a process cost is further required, There are disadvantages.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a conductive substrate using a hydrogel capable of forming a wiring pattern without direct etching of the conductive thin film and a method of forming a pattern thereof.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a conductive substrate using a hydrogel capable of controlling the pattern shape without direct etching of the conductive thin film and a method of forming a pattern thereof.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a conductive substrate using a hydrogel capable of transferring a conductive thin film having a wiring pattern of the same shape formed on a base substrate to another substrate and a method of forming a pattern thereof.
In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a hydrogel substrate, comprising the steps of: coating a base substrate with a hydrogel to form a hydrogel layer; expanding the volume of the hydrogel layer to form a corrugation on the upper surface of the hydrogel layer; Forming a conductive thin film by coating nano carbon or metal nanowires on the upper surface of the hydrogel layer; and forming a wiring pattern by spreading the corrugations of the hydrogel layer through volume contraction of the hydrogel layer to divide the conductive thin film And a pattern forming step of patterning the conductive thin film.
In the method of forming a pattern of a conductive thin film according to the present invention, the coating step may include: performing a plasma or organic material surface treatment on the surface of the base substrate; and coating the hydrogel layer on the surface- .
The conductive thin film pattern forming method according to the present invention may further include forming a transfer pattern on the base substrate, which corresponds to the wiring pattern, which is performed before the coating step. In the method for forming a pattern of a conductive thin film according to the present invention, the nanocarbon includes single wall carbon nanotubes, double wall carbon nanotubes, multi wall carbon nanotubes, and includes graphene, carbon nanoplate, or carbon black. The metal nano wire includes a silver nano wire having a diameter of 300 nm or less and a length of 1 탆 or more, copper nano wire, silver nano ribbon, copper nano ribbon, gold nano wire or gold nano ribbon.
The method for forming a pattern of a conductive thin film according to the present invention may further include the step of transferring the conductive thin film formed with the wiring pattern to another substrate using a transfer member, which is performed after the pattern forming step.
The present invention also provides a conductive substrate comprising a base substrate, a hydrogel layer and a conductive thin film. The hydrogel layer is formed on the base substrate. The conductive thin film is formed by coating nano carbon or metal nanowires on the hydrogel layer. Expanding the volume of the hydrogel layer to form a corrugation on the upper surface of the hydrogel layer, forming a conductive thin film on the upper surface of the corrugated hydrogel layer, and forming a conductive thin film on the upper surface of the corrugated hydrogel layer, And the conductive thin film is divided by spreading the wrinkles of the gel layer to form a wiring pattern.
The conductive substrate according to the present invention may further include a transfer pattern formed on the base substrate to correspond to the wiring pattern. The conductive thin film may be divided along the transfer pattern to form the wiring pattern.
According to the present invention, a wiring pattern is formed on a conductive thin film coated on a top surface of a hydrogel layer by using the expansion and contraction phenomenon of the hydrogel layer interposed between the base substrate and the conductive thin film, without directly etching the conductive thin film formed on the base substrate . That is, after expanding the hydrogel layer adhered to the base substrate, the conductive thin film is coated thereon, and then the hydrogel layer is contracted again, thereby forming a wiring pattern while dividing the conductive thin film integrally formed along the direction in which the hydrogel layer shrinks.
The shape of the wiring pattern of the conductive thin film can be adjusted by forming the transfer pattern in a concavo-convex form corresponding to the wiring pattern of the conductive thin film formed on the base substrate and adjusting the shape of the wrinkle of the hydrogel formed thereon. When the hydrogel expands and shrinks, it is affected by the shape of the lower portion of the hydrogel. Therefore, a wiring pattern of a desired shape can be formed on the conductive thin film by forming a wiring pattern corresponding to the transfer pattern formed under the hydrogel.
Since the conductive thin film on which the wiring pattern is formed can be transferred to another substrate with an adhesive tape or the like, the base substrate on which the transferred pattern is formed can be reused as a substrate for forming a wiring pattern, There is also an advantage that a conductive thin film can be produced.

1 is a perspective view showing a conductive substrate using a hydrogel according to the present invention. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line 2-2 in Fig.
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a
The
Here, the
The reason why the
The conductive
여기서 나노탄소로는 단일벽 탄소나노튜브, 이중벽 탄소나노튜브, 다중벽 탄소나노튜브를 포함하고 그래핀, 탄소나노플레이트 또는 카본블랙이 사용될 수 있다.The nano carbon includes single wall carbon nanotubes, double wall carbon nanotubes, and multi wall carbon nanotubes, and graphene, carbon nanoplate, or carbon black may be used.
As the metal nano wire, a silver nano wire having a diameter of 300 nm or less and a length of 1 탆 or more, copper nano wire, silver nano ribbon, copper nano ribbon, gold nano wire or gold nano ribbon can be used.
The conductive
The reason why the hydrogel is used to form the
As described above, according to the present invention, the swell and shrinkage phenomenon of the
After the
A method of manufacturing the
First, as shown in FIG. 4, the
Next, the surface treatment for the
Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the
At this time, the width of the
Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the
And the
8, the conductive
The conductive
Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the
In this case, both of the two methods are possible in the manufacturing method according to the present invention. Since the size and density of the
In the method of controlling the volume of the
The
Therefore, in order to improve the adhesion between the
The step of transferring the conductive
A case in which the transfer pattern is not formed on the base substrate when the
Hydrogels were prepared using N-isopropylacrylamide monomer as the first embodiment of the present invention. Plasma surface treatment and silane surface treatment were performed to secure the interfacial adhesion between the base substrate and the
The base substrate coated with the
In order to shrink the
Next, a case where a
The conductive substrate according to the second embodiment forms the
In the case of the first embodiment, the
However, in the case of the second embodiment, it can be confirmed that the
