Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a garment fabric produced by a garment fabric method and a garment fabric produced by the method. More particularly, the present invention relates to a garment fabric produced by laminating two fabrics in a double- And the core cloth is cut by using a laser processing machine, and then the garment fabric is manufactured by lining and heat pressing, so that the engraved pattern formed on the outer cloth can be expressed more clearly due to the lining base and the method The present invention relates to a garment fabric produced by a garment.
In general, in clothing design, not only design elements of clothing itself but also selection of fabrics suitable for each design have been recognized as very important items. In recent years, such fabrics have provided planning intentions and ideas in designing specific clothing designs to designers As many fabrics as possible are produced and provided preferentially. In particular, the pattern formed on the fabric selected by the designer may cause a significant difference in the feel and the aesthetics of the finished fabric, so that the pattern formed on the fabric is known as a constituent element of the design together with the material of the fabric.
The method of forming the pattern on the fabric may include a method of weaving in a certain pattern in a weaving machine using yarns dyed in different colors in the case of weaving a knitted fabric and a method of dyeing only the remaining portion of the fabric except a part of the fabric in dyeing A method of forming a pattern by a technique has been generally used. However, the method of forming such a pattern is a method of forming a pattern suitable for fabric for mass production, but this is because only the pattern which is planned when weaving or dyeing is produced in the fabric maker, There have been many problems in selecting.
In addition, there is a method of forming a pattern of a certain pattern by screen printing, rubber plate printing, jet printing and inkjet printing on monochromatic dyed fabrics in addition to the above-mentioned pattern forming method. However, Durability is weaker than that of the pattern. Therefore, when repeatedly used or washed for a predetermined period of time, printed or printed patterns are separated from the fabric or cracked. In addition, screen printing, rubber plate printing, jet printing and inkjet printed patterns are sprayed on the fabric It is difficult to form a precise pattern due to the nature of the method.
In particular, in recent years, there has been proposed a method of producing a three-dimensional fabric having high productivity and low production cost while having excellent texture and durability by forming a pattern protruding from the fabric by pressing the foam on the fabric, The fabric base and the weaving machine are equipped with a three-dimensional patterned color space so that they are integrally formed so as not to overlap with the background of the fabric, so that the three-dimensional pattern is woven together with the fabric, thereby reducing the material cost and eliminating the need for embroidery or printing A method of forming a three-dimensional pattern by a simple operation has also been proposed. However, the above method corresponds to a method of fabricating a fabric for forming only a bare pattern, and the above method is not a method of forming a pattern for the clothing fabric itself, It is possible to form a three-dimensional pattern, but it is not suitable for mass production as a garment fabric There is a problem.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has been developed in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. In the present invention, two fabrics are stacked to form a depressed pattern on a garment fabric. First, a first fabric and a padding And the second fabric used as a lining is cut with heat to produce a garment fabric so that the engraving pattern formed on the first fabric can be expressed more clearly on the basis of the second fabric.
In addition, the present invention allows a separate engraving pattern to be formed while utilizing the shape and color of the original material of the fabric originally possessed by the first and second fabrics and the pattern formed on each fabric, And to provide clothing fabrics.
Further, according to the present invention, a predetermined pattern can be formed by using a laser processing machine, so that it is possible to process a pattern more precisely than a conventional printing method or a printing method. By attaching a punch between the first and second fabrics, It is an object of the present invention to provide a method suitable for mass production of clothing fabrics by preventing wrinkles on the fabric.
A method of manufacturing a garment fabric according to the present invention includes the steps of preparing a first fabric to be used as a cloth of the garment fabric, Forming a predetermined pattern by simultaneously cutting the laminated first fabric and the padding using a laser processing machine to form a pattern for maintaining the shape of the garment fabric; A step of laminating a first fabric having a pattern on an upper end of the second fabric and a padding, and a step of pressing the laminated first fabric, the padding and the second fabric by pressing in a press machine do.
The method further includes the step of laminating a core for maintaining the shape of the garment at the lower end of the first garment, and then pressing the first garment and the core by pressing in a press machine.
In addition, the core is characterized in that it is any one of a face wick, a wick wick, a wick wick, a nonwoven wick wick, and a heat wick wick to which an adhesive is applied at the upper and lower ends.
In the present invention, two fabrics are stacked in a double layer. First, the fabric is cut with a laser processing machine and the second fabric used as a lining is pressed with a first fabric and a padding, The pattern formed on the fabric can be expressed more clearly by the engraving pattern due to the base of the second fabric, and the effect that the first and second fabrics inherently have the original material and the shape of the pattern formed on each fabric It is possible to provide a garment fabric having a wider range of utilization by making it possible to form a separate engraving pattern while utilizing the color, and it is also possible to form a predetermined pattern using a laser processing machine, It is possible to process the pattern, and by attaching the core between the first and second fabrics, By preventing such a problem that wrinkles will occur with effect for the mass production of fabrics for clothing.

1 to 5, a detailed description will be given of a method for forming a relief pattern on a garment fabric according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
A method for fabricating a garment fabric (100) according to the present invention includes the steps of preparing a first fabric (110) to be used as a fabric of the garment fabric (100) The
The method of forming a concave pattern on a
In the meantime, according to the present invention, a method for forming a depiction pattern on a

Meanwhile, before forming the pattern using the
