Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a rotating blade of a wind turbine generator and a method of manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention aims to reduce the interference of a radar wave by printing and coating an electromagnetic wave absorbing layer for absorbing electromagnetic wave in a part of a composite material of a rotating blade of a wind turbine.
Recently, a lot of new and renewable energy is being researched and developed to reduce carbon dioxide which is the main cause of global warming. New and renewable energy sources use solar, solar, hydro, tidal, wave, wind, or nuclear power and get energy from them. Wind turbines are installed on the continents and in the oceans. Among them, installing in the ocean is more efficient than obtaining energy from the continents. Together with this, the scale-up is accelerating to obtain more energy with wind power generators.
As the size of the wind turbine increases, the load on the rotor of the wind turbine increases and the risk of failure increases. In addition, the damage caused by the radar interference also increases. The problem of radar interference occurs when the wind turbine intercepts, or reflects or distorts, the radar signal scanned from the radar to the subject. Specifically, the problem of radar interference due to the rotating blades is a dynamic signal interference in which the radar signal reflected from the rotating blades varies with time due to the combined influence of rotation and angle of attack control of the rotating blades and shape change due to aerodynamic forces.
In order to solve this problem, there is a method of changing the shape of the structure so that the radar signal reflected from the structure surface is not directed to the radar again, and a method of allowing the radar signal to be absorbed from the surface of the structure. However, since the rotating blades are designed to have the optimum structure for driving the generator by the wind, a method of changing the rotating blades surface can not be used. Therefore, it is the only way to absorb the radar signal from the rotating wing. Generally, in the case of a large wind turbine generator of 3MW or more, the wind turbine rotor blade is about 45m in length and its weight is more than 10ton. Large wind turbine rotor blades are fabricated with a sandwich structure using mostly carbon fiber reinforced polymer matrix composites, although some carbon fiber reinforced composites are used.

Korean Unexamined Patent Publication No. 10-2013-0081947 ("Electromagnetic Wave Absorption Wind Turbine Blade ", hereinafter referred to as " Prior Art 1 ", hereinafter referred to as Prior Art 1) uses a rotating blade having an electromagnetic wave absorption function for a wind turbine Respectively. 1 shows a general wind turbine, which is composed of a pillar body, a generator for generating electricity, and a
