Hereinafter, an in-cover member injection mold according to an embodiment of the present invention and a method of forming an in-cover member using the same will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The terminology used herein is a term used to properly express the preferred embodiment of the present invention, which may vary depending on the intention of the user or operator or the custom in the field to which the present invention belongs. Therefore, the definitions of these terms should be based on the contents throughout this specification.
3 is a cross-sectional view illustrating an injection-molded product formed using an in-cover member injection mold according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3, The injection molded
In this case, the
In this case, the
In the present embodiment, the
The
The outer
The reinforcing
A plurality of guide pin holes 15 (see FIG. 8) are formed in the outer
At one end of the reinforcing
The reinforcing
5 is a plan view showing an upper side surface of the second core of FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the magnet supporting projection of FIG. 5, And FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a modified example of the magnet supporting protrusion of FIG. 4 and 5, the in-cover
The
3 and 9, the cavity CAV includes a portion corresponding to the central portion of the
5 and 6, the upper side of the
Referring again to FIGS. 4 and 5, an upper seating groove 153 (see FIG. 9) in which the central portion of the transparent window 11 (see FIG. 3) is seated is provided on the lower side of the
The in-cover
