Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a composite crushing apparatus having an asymmetric fixed knife, and more particularly, to an apparatus for cutting or crushing an object while a rotary knife rotates relative to a fixed portion.
Cutting devices are often large power devices that cut relatively large and heavy objects such as scrapped household items, tires, furniture, carpets, wood trash, scrap wood, etc., or they may be relatively small devices that cut small objects such as paper have.
There are cutting devices with only one shaft. However, most cutting devices have lower shafts and lower knives separated by openings, each opening receiving a portion of the upper knife from each shaft. In this way, the cutting device can achieve a relatively short total length and a relatively high capacity.
From the European patent EP 0 928 222 referred to in the present invention, it is known to have a cutting device with two shafts mounted with a top knife facing and overlapping each other. Thus, the openings between the two lower knives can not be narrower than twice the thickness of the upper knife. This means that the apertures are relatively wide and thus the cutting of the object is also rough.
By bending the lower knife of a known cutting device, the object can be cut more finely, which weakens the strength of the lower knife structure. Curved knives are also tricky and costly to maintain.
More precise cutting can be obtained by using a cutting device in which the upper knives are arranged to face each other but not to overlap with each other. This allows the opening between the two lower knives to be thinner than the total thickness of the two upper knives, and the cutting of the object will be even and fine. However, in this case, there is a disadvantage that a space is left between the two sets of upper knives. An object in the form of plate can stay in this space without being cut so as to interfere with the cutting of other objects.
A cutting device in which opposed upper knives are mounted on two shafts without overlapping one another is known from EP 0 521 081 referred to in the present application.
1 is a view showing a conventional cutting apparatus.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
However, in general, the shaft of the cutting apparatus may be wound with a broken object, vinyl, paper, string or the like, which may cause frequent failure. If the shredder stops moving due to foreign matter wrapped around the shaft, it is troublesome and time consuming because the shafts must be removed to remove the foreign matter wound on the shafts, and then the shredder must be operated again after reassembling.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to overcome the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is as follows.
First, the present invention intends to provide a composite crushing apparatus equipped with an asymmetric fixed knife capable of crushing and cutting at the same time.
Second, the present invention provides a composite crushing apparatus equipped with an asymmetrical fixed knife capable of crushing an object more efficiently.
Third, the present invention intends to provide a combined crushing apparatus having an asymmetric fixed knife that prevents foreign matter from being dried around the rotating shaft in accordance with rotation of the rotating unit, thereby preventing frequent failures.
The problems of the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned problems, and other problems not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a combined crushing apparatus including an asymmetric fixed knife according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a rotating unit, a stationary knife, and a driving unit.
The rotation unit may include a rotation shaft and a plurality of rotation knives disposed on the rotation shaft and perpendicular to the rotation axis of the rotation shaft and rotating together with rotation of the rotation shaft.
The fixed knife may have a plurality of pairs and may be disposed on both sides of the rotating shaft so as to protrude into the space between the adjacent rotating knives. The fixed knife may be formed to have a width narrower than the distance between the adjacent rotary knives so that one side contacts the rotary knife and the opposite side is spaced apart from the rotary knife.
In addition, one of the pair of fixed knives may be in contact with one of the mutually facing surfaces of the adjacent rotating knives, and the other may be in contact with the other surface.
The driving unit may rotate the rotating shaft.
The distance between the pair of fixed knives is set to be larger than the diameter of the rotating shaft so that the stationary knife and the rotating shaft can be spaced apart from each other.
The rotation shaft may be provided with an outwardly projecting cut-away portion.
The height of the anti-traction cutting portion may be lower than the distance between the rotating shaft and the fixed knife.
The unwind cutting portion may be arranged diagonally.
The plurality of rotary knives may be disposed at different angles with respect to the rotary shaft.
A plurality of the rotation units may be provided.
Here, the plurality of rotation shafts may be arranged such that their rotation axes are parallel to each other.
The rotating knives of the rotating parts adjacent to each other may be arranged on different planes.
Meanwhile, the driving unit may rotate the rotation unit forward or reverse.
The effects of the present invention will be described below.
First, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a composite crushing apparatus equipped with an asymmetric fixed knife is capable of cutting an object by abutting one side of a rotary knife with an end of a side opening.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a composite crushing apparatus including an asymmetric fixed knife, wherein one of the pair of fixed knives is in contact with one of opposite surfaces of the adjacent rotary knives, The space between the rotary knife and the stationary knife is zigzag with each other so that the object can be more effectively crushed.
Third, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the width of the side opening is larger than the thickness of the rotary knife, so that the rotary knife is spaced apart from the fixed portion and the rotary knife, It is possible to push out and break out of the object.
Third, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a composite crushing apparatus having an asymmetric fixed knife includes a rotation shaft provided with a torsion preventing cutout, thereby preventing frequent breakdown by cutting foreign matter to be dried around the rotation shaft.
The effects of the present invention are not limited to the effects mentioned above, and other effects not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description of the claims.
