Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a conductive transparent heating film, a method of manufacturing the same, and a heating window including the same, and it relates to a conductive transparent heating film capable of improving heat resistance while maintaining low- .
A heat window is defined as a concept of attaching a hot-wire sheet to a surface or directly forming a hot-wire on a glass surface and then applying electricity to both terminals to generate heat from the hot wire, thereby controlling the temperature of the window surface. In a window used for a car window or a building, a temperature is generated by the temperature difference between the outside and the inside, and a heating window is used to prevent it. However, there is a problem that the silicon heat ray included in the heat window is not very good in appearance, and there is a problem that the driver's vision is obstructed in the automobile window, and the heat transfer is slow in the portion where there is no resistance wire (silicon heat ray) .
또한, 시창에 발열장치를 적용하려면 12V의 저전압을 사용 하면서 발열량이 충분해야 성에 제거 효과를 얻을 수 있는데, ITO 투명 발열막을 사용할 경우, 높은 면 저항으로 인하여 저전압에서 구동되기 힘든 문제점이 있다.Currently developed indium-tin oxide (ITO) transparent conductive film (heat-generating film) material is used for the heat window being developed. However, when the ITO transparent conductive film is heated to a high temperature, the electrical properties change and deteriorate, and the ITO transparent conductive film has a problem of low heat resistance, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance. In addition, in order to apply a heating device to a window, a low voltage of 12V should be used, and a sufficient amount of heat must be obtained to remove the effect. When the ITO transparent heat generating film is used, it is difficult to operate at a low voltage due to high surface resistance.
In order to remove glaze and frost due to temperature rise of the glass surface while driving at low voltage, a heating element having a resistance value of 100 Ω / □ or less is required. In order to solve this problem, a method of forming a metal mesh on a pattern by a pyrozole method, a printing method, a photolithography method, and a coating film on a pattern has been used. However, such a method using a metal mesh may cause problems due to diffraction and interference visually (optically), complicate the manufacturing process, and increase the price.
Specifically, conventional techniques are listed as follows: a method of forming a transparent conductive film by laminating a tin oxide (FTO) film doped with fluorine on a tin oxide indium film (Korean Patent Publication No. 2011-0009713) A method of producing a transparent glass having a structure in which a metal and a transparent conductive film are formed by forming a film (Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 2011-0113292), a method of producing a heat-generating glass including a thermally conductive pattern in a transparent conductive oxide layer 2011-0083513), a method of changing the structure of a conductive thin film and an electrode (Korean Patent Laid-open No. 2009-0022959) have been reported.
An object of the present invention is to provide a transparent heat generating film exhibiting high efficiency even under low power. The heating layer may include a first resistive layer of the fluorine-doped tin oxide and a second resistive layer of the aluminum-doped zinc oxide, wherein the first resistive layer and the second resistive layer are sequentially As shown in FIG.

The heat-generating window according to another embodiment of the present invention includes the conductive transparent heating film; A power source connected to an electrode included in the conductive transparent heating film; And a transparent substrate located on one side or both sides of the conductive transparent heating film.

The transparent substrate may be formed of glass, polyimide (PI), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylenenaphthalate (PEN), polyethersulfone (PES), polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE), polyetherketone (PEEK), polycarbonate (PC), polyarylate (PAR), and combinations thereof.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.
A conductive transparent heating film according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an exothermic layer and an electrode contacting at least a part of the exothermic layer. The heating layer may include a doped metal oxide, and may be formed of a doped metal oxide. The doped metal oxide may be any one selected from the group consisting of fluorine-doped tin oxide, aluminum-doped zinc oxide, and combinations thereof.
In the case of the aluminum-doped zinc oxide, the amount of aluminum doped in the zinc oxide may be about 2 wt%, and in the case of the fluorine-doped tin oxide, the amount of fluorine doped in the tin oxide may be less than about 1 wt% .
The heating layer may include a resistive layer made of the doped metal oxide, and the resistive layer may be a film made of a transparent conductive oxide (TCO), and a layered structure It may be.
The heating layer may include a first resistive layer made of the fluorine-doped tin oxide or a second resistive layer made of the aluminum-doped zinc oxide, the first resistive layer made of the fluorine-doped tin oxide, Layer structure including a second resistive layer in contact with one surface of the first resistive layer and made of the aluminum-doped zinc oxide.
The heating layer of the double layer structure may be a structure of the second resistance layer-the first resistance layer-electrode, the first resistance layer being in contact with the electrode, and the second resistance layer contacting the electrode, 2 resistive layer-electrode structure. In a preferred case, when the first resistive layer is in contact with the electrodes to form a structure of the second resistive layer-the first resistive layer-electrode, the light transmittance is maintained and a heat generating layer having improved heat generation performance can be obtained.
The larger the roughness value of the surface of the heating layer, the more uniformly the heating performance of the entire surface of the heating layer can be obtained. The surface roughness of the heating layer measured by an atomic force microscope (AFM) analysis method is preferably at least 3.25 nm, and when it is at least about 4.20 nm, it has a relatively small sheet resistance and exhibits excellent heating characteristics over the entire surface of the heating layer .
This is because the surface roughness of the heating layer is related to the grain size of the aluminum-doped zinc oxide or fluorine-doped tin oxide contained in the heating layer and the surface resistance of the heating layer is lowered when the grain size is increased . That is, it is considered that the larger the surface roughness of the heat generating layer, the larger the size of the grains contained in the heat generating layer, and the smaller the resistance value.
The heat generating layer may have a thickness of 0.1 to 1 [mu] m. When the thickness of the heat generating layer is less than 0.1 탆, it does not have sufficient conductivity. When the thickness exceeds 1 탆, the transmittance may be lowered.
The heating layer may have a band gap of 3.6 eV or more. If the bandgap of the heat generating layer has the above characteristics and the free electron density has a value higher than a certain level, it may pass the light of the visible light region and reflect the light of the long wavelength region. Due to such properties, it is possible to provide a high heat insulating layer having a low infrared transmittance and a window including the same, while securing a visual field through excellent visible light transmission.
The first resistive layer may have a thickness of 400 to 500 nm.
The second resistive layer may have a thickness of 150 to 200 nm.
Also, the heating layer may have a double-layer structure including both the first resistance layer and the second resistance layer. When the heating layer has a double-layer structure, the resistance value Rt of the entire heating layer can be adjusted by adjusting the thicknesses of the first resistance layer and the second resistance layer. When the resistance value of the whole of the heat generating layer hayeoteul called as R t, the first resistance layer and the resistance values of the two resistive layers, each R 1 and R 2, 1 / R t = 1 /
The heating layer or the first or second resistance layer included therein may be formed by sputtering, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), electron cyclotron resonance (ECR) plasma deposition, electron beam deposition, spray pyrolysis ) Or the like.
It said first resistive layer is electrical conductivity of 300 to 330 [Ω cm and] - can be equal to 1, may be a light transmittance of 77% to 80% range.
The second resistance layer has electrical conductivity of 180 to 210 [Ω cm and] - can be equal to 1, may be a light transmittance of 79 to 81% range.
The first heating layer of the resistive layer and the second double-layer structure in which two resistance layer abuts laminated to each other, the electric conductivity is 340 to 350 [Ω and cm] - or 1, and a light transmittance of 80 to 83%, or electrical conductivity the 530 to 540 [Ω cm and] - may be a 1 and a light transmittance of 80 to 83%. Therefore, in the case of a heating layer having a double-layer structure, the laminated structure in the order of the second resistance layer-the first resistance layer-electrode can obtain a more excellent effect.
The heating layer may have a sheet resistance value of 100 Ω / □ or less, or 80 Ω / □ or less. Preferably, the sheet resistance value of the heat generating layer may be 50 Ω / □ or less, more preferably 40 Ω / □ or less. When the heating layer has the sheet resistance value as described above, the conductive transparent heating film can be spatially uniformly heated to a high temperature.
The heat generating layer may have a light transmittance of at least 80% at a wavelength of visible light of 550 nm. In the case of having such excellent light transmittance, it can have a wide utilization as a transparent heat generating film or a window for securing a sufficient visual field.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing a conductive transparent heating film, comprising: preparing a precursor of a doped metal oxide selected from the group consisting of fluorine-doped tin oxide, aluminum-doped zinc oxide, and combinations thereof; And a second step of forming a heat generating layer on one surface of the transparent substrate using the precursor.
The heating layer may be formed by any one method selected from the group consisting of a sputtering method, a chemical vapor deposition method, an electron cyclotron resonance plasma deposition method, an electron beam method, a spray pyrolysis method, and a combination thereof.
The heating layer may include a first resistive layer made of the fluorine-doped tin oxide or a second resistive layer made of the aluminum-doped zinc oxide. In addition, the first resistance layer (or the second resistance layer) may be formed by the electron cyclotron resonance plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method or the sputtering method.
The heating layer in the second step may be formed by electron cyclotron resonance plasma chemical vapor deposition.
In the electron cyclotron resonance plasma chemical vapor deposition method, a high density plasma ion having a high energy is formed by using an electron cyclotron resonance plasma generated when the rotation frequency by the magnetic field of the electron and the microwave frequency applied by the power source coincide with each other And a thin film is deposited from the precursor using the same. When a metal precursor, which is an organometallic compound or a metal oxide, is supplied to the lower end of the region where the plasma ions are formed, and a low frequency direct current or negative voltage is applied, metal ions are generated in the supplied metal precursor. The metal ions collide with plasma ions and organic substances in the metal precursor, and are condensed and deposited by chemical bonding between the metal ions on the surface of the polymer substrate to form a conductive metal complex thin film. Here, since the metal precursor is a very small amount, uniformity is greatly influenced by the mass transfer effect depending on the supply position. Therefore, it is preferable that the metal precursor supply position is supplied to the microwave introduction portion just above the electron cyclotron formation region.
The first resistive layer may be formed using the electron cyclotron resonance plasma chemical vapor deposition method. In this case, the electron cyclotron resonance plasma region has a frequency of 2.45 GHz, a microwave generator having an output of 2 kW at maximum, a quartz plate for separation between plasma induction and reactive gas, a Gaussian It consists of an electromagnet current control device which generates a magnetic field and can increase it up to 180 A (Ampere). In the plasma region, ions and electrons generated by the electron cyclotron resonance are vapor-phase-collided with the metal precursor to induce the condensed ions generated around the substrate to saturate, and the grid-shaped electrode has a low frequency of -2 kV to 2 kV can be applied.
The electron cyclotron resonance plasma chemical vapor deposition method is also suitable for forming a thin film of a doped metal oxide on the surface of a substrate which is weak against heat since the deposition process can be performed even at room temperature and this manufacturing process is performed for several tens of seconds to several hours .
The electron cyclotron resonance plasma deposition method for forming the first resistive layer may be performed under conditions of generating a microwave power of 1000 to 1400 W and a magnetic field of 875 gauss. When the deposition is performed in the range of the output and the magnetic field generating conditions, there is an advantage that the crystalline thin film can be deposited at room temperature without increasing the temperature to a high temperature.
The heating layer in the second step may be formed by a sputtering method. The sputtering method is a deposition method using a sputtering phenomenon in which atoms of a thin film material are protruded by collision when an ionized atom (for example, Ar) is accelerated by an electric field to impinge on a thin film material. And deposition is carried out.
The sputtering method can be applied by a device constituted by a reaction deposition region composed of a chamber, a microwave generator, a target structure, a plasma region, and a substrate bottom structure, and is utilized for manufacturing a doped metal oxide film used as the resistive film And preferably can be utilized in the fabrication of the second resistive layer. The plasma region may have an output of up to 600 W, the temperature of the substrate may be raised to 600 ° C., or an inert gas such as argon (Ar) may be used to form a plasma.
In order to form the second resistive layer by the sputtering method, the precursor may be applied in the form of a target, preferably with an rf output of 90 to 100 W and a deposition pressure of 2 to 3.5 mTorr . When deposition is performed in the range of the output and the deposition pressure, there is an advantage that a resistive layer having a sheet resistance value of 60 to 70? /? Can be deposited.
