The present invention relates to a thermostatic chamber temperature maintenance system. More specifically, it is possible to reduce the energy required for evaluating the performance of a heat pump by reducing the amount of energy supplied from the outside, which is necessary to maintain the constant temperature fluid in the two thermostats used in the heat pump performance evaluation at a predetermined required temperature To a thermostatic chamber temperature maintenance system.
Recently, as the utilization of heat pumps increases, the use of thermostat temperature maintenance systems, which are used to evaluate heat pump performance to accurately evaluate the performance of heat pumps, is increasing. A general heat pump performance evaluation system is described in "Performance Tests of Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps [I] - Presented at the Facility Engineering Publications, Vol. 15, No. 2, pp. 163 to 168, "(Min.
1 is a schematic view of a thermostatic chamber temperature maintenance system used for evaluating a general heat pump performance. Referring to FIG. 1, the thermostatic chamber temperature maintenance system includes two
On the other hand, the first
The second
In order to maintain the temperature of the first and
In this case, there is a problem that the installation cost is increased due to the enlargement of the first and
The present invention solves the problem of the conventional thermostatic chamber temperature maintenance system and minimizes the amount of energy supplied from the outside required to keep the constant temperature fluid in the two thermostats used in the heat pump performance evaluation at the required predetermined temperature And to provide a thermostatic chamber temperature maintenance system capable of reducing the amount of electricity consumed while miniaturizing the thermostatic chamber temperature maintenance system.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention relates to a thermostatic chamber temperature maintenance system, comprising: a heat pump to be subjected to performance evaluation; and a heat pump for controlling the temperature of the heat pump in the first heat exchanger or the second heat exchanger of the heat pump A first thermostat for maintaining and storing at a predetermined temperature a first constant temperature fluid that is heat-exchanged with a heat pump refrigerant; and a second thermostat for storing a heat pump fluid in the second heat exchanger or the first heat exchanger of the heat pump, A thermostatic fluid heat exchanger for exchanging heat between the first thermostatic fluid of the first thermostatic chamber and the second thermostatic fluid of the second thermostatic chamber, A refrigerator for causing a second thermostatic fluid of the second thermostat to heat-exchange with the refrigerant refrigerant, and a second thermostatic fluid heat exchanger for heating the first thermostatic fluid through the thermostatic fluid heat exchanger 1 is characterized in that it comprises an electric heater.
The thermostatic chamber temperature maintenance system according to the present invention having such a configuration can heat the first and second thermostatic fluids that are higher or lower than the predetermined temperatures respectively required by the operation of the heat pump to each other in the thermostatic fluid heat exchanger, Each of the thermostatic fluid and the second thermostatic fluid is compensated to some extent to be close to a desired temperature, and if the temperature is not reached to the required temperature, the thermostatic fluid is supplied from the outside through the refrigerator and the first and second electric heaters And can be adjusted to reach a predetermined temperature by energy.
Therefore, compared with the conventional thermostatic chamber temperature maintenance system, it has the effect of reducing the amount of energy supplied from the outside in order to maintain the first thermostatic chamber and the second thermostatic chamber at a predetermined temperature.
In addition, even if the operation mode of the heat pump to be evaluated is changed, the first thermostatic fluid of the first thermostat and the second thermostatic fluid of the second thermostatic chamber are maintained at a constant temperature, The change of the predetermined temperature required for the first thermostatic fluid of the first thermostatic chamber and the second thermostatic fluid of the second thermostatic chamber can be made small in accordance with the change of the operation mode, As a result, the performance evaluation time can be saved when the operation mode of the heat pump is changed, and the energy consumption for adjusting the first and second thermostats to a predetermined temperature can be saved.

Specifically, the first auxiliary circulation pipe L210 has a structure for allowing the first thermostatic fluid to flow from the first
The
And the second auxiliary heat exchanger (520) is arranged so that the second auxiliary circulation pipe (L410) passes through the auxiliary heat exchanger (520) after the second constant temperature fluid passes through the constant temperature fluid heat exchanger (300) .
The operation of the thermostatic chamber temperature maintenance system for evaluating the performance of the heat pump according to the first embodiment having such a configuration will be described.
The
Accordingly, heat is transferred from the heat pump refrigerant flowing through the heat pump refrigerant pipe L100 to the second constant temperature fluid flowing through the second circulation pipe L400 in the
The amount of heat exchanged in the condenser (the second heat exchanger 130) of the
To this end, first and second auxiliary circulating pipes (L210 and L410) are connected to the first thermostatic fluid whose temperature has been lowered by the operation of the heat pump (100) and the second thermostatic fluid whose temperature has been raised, (Q3) in the thermostatic fluid heat exchanger (300). As a result, the temperature of the first thermostatic fluid passing through the thermostatic
Since the temperature of the first thermostatic fluid that is heat-exchanged in the thermostatic
Also, since the second thermostatic fluid, which is heat-exchanged in the thermostatic
4, when the heat pump refrigerant flows in the opposite direction to that shown in FIG. 3, the
As a result, the temperature of the first thermostatic fluid of the
Since the first thermostatic fluid and the second thermostatic fluid held in the
To this end, first and second auxiliary circulating pipes (L210 and L410) are connected to the first thermostatic fluid whose temperature has been lowered by the operation of the heat pump (100) and the second thermostatic fluid whose temperature has been raised, (Q3) in the thermostatic fluid heat exchanger (300). As a result, the temperature of the first thermostatic fluid passing through the thermostatic
Since the temperature is lower than the predetermined temperature required for the first thermostatic fluid to be heat-exchanged in the thermostatic
The refrigerant refrigerant pipe L500 is connected to the
As described above, in the first embodiment, the first and second constant temperature fluids, which are higher or lower than the predetermined temperatures respectively required by the operation of the heat pump to be subjected to the performance evaluation, are exchanged with each other in the constant temperature
That is, the first embodiment differs from the conventional thermostatic chamber temperature maintaining system used in the performance evaluation of the heat pump, in that it is supplied from the outside in order to maintain the
In the first embodiment, even when the heat pump circulation direction of the

5 is a view showing a second embodiment of a thermostatic chamber temperature maintenance system used for evaluating the performance of a heat pump according to the present invention. In the description of the second embodiment, the same reference numerals are used for the same parts as those in the first embodiment, and a description thereof is omitted in order to avoid duplication.
The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the thermostatic fluid heat exchanger 300 'is located inside the second
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the first
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the refrigerator refrigerant pipe L500 for circulating the refrigerant refrigerant passes through the
The second embodiment can have the same effects as those of the first embodiment by having such a configuration, and the second auxiliary circulation pipe L410 and the

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments relating to the thermostatic chamber temperature maintenance system used for evaluating the performance of the heat pump according to the present invention, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, The present invention can be variously modified and changed without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention described in the claims.
