Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a closed type composite terminal connector and a method of manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a closed type composite terminal connector and a method of manufacturing the same, which improves the hermeticity of a product so as to minimize leakage of fluid between the core wire of the exposed wire and the cover, To a hermetic composite terminal connector and a manufacturing method thereof.
Generally, various electric parts such as a gear module of a vehicle are installed, and a device that performs a normal function through electrical interlock between electric parts is connected to a terminal connected to each electric component and a terminal of the terminal, Are connected to each other.
At this time, the terminal connector covers and protects the connection portion between the terminal and the wire, electrically insulates the terminal, and serves to fix the terminal and the wire to the case of the electric component or the inner frame of the device.
Figs. 1A and 1B are views showing a conventional terminal connector. Fig.
As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the
That is, one
The
At this time, the
The
However, since the
Specifically, the dual clutch transmission module is filled with a fluid such as a mission oil at a pressure of 0.5 bar or more. The fluid flows between the exposed terminal and the terminal connector and flows out between the wire and the core of the wire.
Therefore, when the terminal connector is made of a water-proof material such as epoxy-based methomel, etc., it is difficult to form a firm bonding force with the module because the strength is low and it is difficult to maintain a constant structure.
Further, when the terminal connector is injected after applying the resin of the waterproof material to each connecting portion, since the heat resistance and the strength of the waterproof resin itself are low, it is easily twisted to heat and pressure at the time of injection so that the difficulty of molding is increased, There is a problem that an accurate sealing force can not be provided.
Furthermore, since the waterproof resin is applied to each of the plurality of connecting parts, and the coated resin is cured, each terminal must be individually insert molded to form a terminal connector, so that the application and curing of each connecting part and the operation of individual insert molding are complicated There is a problem that the productivity of the product is deteriorated due to an increase in the working time.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a closed type composite terminal connector in which the hermeticity of a product is improved and productivity is improved so as to minimize leakage of fluid between a core wire and a covering of a wire exposed to a terminal of a terminal, And to provide a method to solve the above problems.

Through the above-mentioned solution, the sealed composite terminal connector of the present invention and its manufacturing method provide the following effects.
First, the two terminal portions that are electrically interconnected with each other can be manufactured as a compact, multi-functional product, but also the waterproof resin is injected into each of the cover portions and the intermediate frame provided with a high rigidity material, By forming the resin layer, it is possible to provide a strong supporting force and a high sealing performance at the same time, and the durability of the product can be improved by preventing the sealing resin layer from being damaged by external pressure.
Second, partition walls formed inside the penetration portion of the intermediate frame provide a reinforcing structure in which the waterproof resin can be coupled and supported to improve the supporting force of the sealing resin layer. The waterproof resin, So that the economical efficiency of the product can be improved by minimizing the required amount of the waterproof resin by concentrating on the gap between the wire portions and the gap between the core wires and the adjacent portions thereof.
Third, since the intermediate frame is inserted into the first cover part while being inserted into the coupling hole of the second cover part, the respective cover parts are aligned with the predetermined positions, and thus the assembling property of the product is improved , The respective connecting portions communicated by the penetration portion can be sealed together by one waterproof resin injection, and the productivity of the product can be improved.

Here, the waterproof resin is preferably made of an epoxy-based resin. Of course, the waterproof resin is waterproof and can be used without limitation as long as it has water resistance and oil resistance, and can maintain a constant shape after curing.
Since the epoxy resin has high fluidity at a low point, the epoxy resin can be filled in the
Thus, the peripheral portion of each of the connecting portions g and h can be sealed by the sealing resin layer (see 40 in Fig. 5E), and fluid such as oil filled in the device such as a gear module, (c, d) flowing into the inside of the composite terminal connector (100) along the first and second ends (a, b) can be minimized.
Further, the sealing resin layer (refer to 40 in FIG. 5E) is filled in the inside of each of the
In this way, the two terminal portions (a, b) interlinked electrically with each other can be combined with one connector to form a compact structure, and also to be manufactured as a product that provides a multifunctional function. The sealing resin layer is formed by injecting the waterproof resin into the inside of each of the
