자동차의 헤드 레스트의 지지대에 착탈 가능하게 부착되며, 길이 조절이 가능한 헤드 지지부;
상기 헤드 지지부에 결합되고, 옷을 거치할 수 있는 마름모 형상이면서 내측면에 휴대기기를 장착할 수 있는 거치부를 구성한 옷걸이 프레임; 및
상기 헤드 지지부에 결합된 상기 옷걸이 프레임을 상하 회동 가능하도록 하는 회전부;를 포함하되,
상기 옷걸이 프레임은,
고무 또는 우레탄 재질로, 마름모 형상의 양 끝에 옷의 양 어깨 부위가 걸치도록 된 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 거치부는,
상기 옷걸이 프레임의 내측면에 소정의 깊이로 함몰된 공간부;
상기 공간부에 장착되어 전방으로 돌출된 한 쌍의 크립; 및
상기 한 쌍의 크립을 상호 연결하는 인장 스프링;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 회전부는,
