상기 투입구에 위치하고 쓰레기통 몸체에 분리가능하게 결합되는 비닐봉투 파괴수단을 포함하며,
상기 비닐봉투 파괴수단은 상기 투입구의 테두리에 대응하여 형성된 테두리벽과, 상기 테두리벽의 내부 영역에 위치하고 날카로운 끝단을 갖는 다수의 파괴부와, 상기 다수의 파괴부를 상기 테두리벽과 연결시키는 연결 구조를 구비하며,
상기 다수의 파괴부는, 위로 돌출되어서 형성되는 상향 돌출 파괴부와, 상기 상향 돌출 파괴부를 중심으로 측면으로 돌출되어서 끝단이 뾰족하게 형성되는 다수의 측방 돌출 파괴부를 구비하며,
