That is, a thermal power plant uses fossil fuels to convert thermal power into electrical energy, but discharges a large amount of
Therefore, in order to effectively utilize the power generated in the thermal power plant, it is possible to accumulate the power generated in the nighttime, which is the surplus power, in the secondary battery for the home, thereby making it possible to use the accumulated power when the power consumption increases, A load leveling approach is proposed.
In addition, development of a high energy density secondary battery is required for a train which does not discharge air pollution sources such as COx, NOx, and hydrocarbons.
Further, development of a small-sized, light-weight, high-performance secondary battery is urgently required for use in portable electronic devices such as notebook personal computers, video cameras, digital cameras, cellular phones, and PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants).

In addition, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 5,795,679 proposes a lithium secondary battery using a negative electrode formed from a powder of an alloy of an element such as nickel or copper and an element such as tin. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-283627 proposes a lithium secondary battery using a negative electrode containing silicon or tin having an amorphous phase, and Japanese Patent Publication No. 2000-311681 discloses a non-stoichiometric amorphous tin -Transition Metal Alloy Particles and WO 00/17949 discloses a lithium secondary battery using a negative electrode containing silicon-transition metal alloy particles of non-stoichiometric composition I am proposing.
Japanese Patent Publication No. 2000-215887 discloses a method of forming a carbon layer on the surface of metal or semi-metal particles, particularly silicon particles, which is alloyed with lithium by chemical vapor deposition using pyrolysis of benzene or the like, A lithium secondary battery having a high capacity and a high charging / discharging efficiency which prevents the electrode from being broken by suppressing the volume expansion when alloyed with lithium.
However, although the conventional lithium secondary batteries have a theoretical charging capacity calculated to be 4200 mAh / g, the electrode performance capable of lithium insertion / desorption of an electric quantity exceeding 1000 mAh / g is not achieved, And thus there were unstable problems.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the problems of the related art as described above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a lithium secondary battery which can improve the charging efficiency and prevent damage to the electrode structure due to saturated charging, And an electrode material for a battery.

The secondary battery including the electrode material for a lithium secondary battery, the electrode structure including the electrode material, and the electrode structure of the present invention having the above-described structure is made of pure silicon because of charging efficiency Even if the silicon electrode is expanded when it is combined with lithium ions, the electrode structure expands to spaces between the electrode materials and changes in volume inside the electrode structure, so that the electrode structure is not damaged even when the electrode material expands due to the saturated charge. It has an effect that can be used.
That is, since the electrode structure is formed by arranging the electrode materials vertically and horizontally and having a multi-layered structure, the volume change of the silicon layer upon bonding with the lithium ion is formed through the interval between the electrode materials, It is not damaged even if it has not been inflated and filled up.
Therefore, when the electrode structure and the lithium ion are combined with each other, the volume of the electrode structure is changed and the electrode structure is not broken as it expands outwardly.
In addition, the contact area between the lithium ion and the silicon layer is increased, so that the charging speed is increased and quick charging is effected.
