Abstract
The present invention discloses a method for producing a nanoscale silver electrode pattern using a soft mold for transferring a silver ink by a soft mold to produce a silver electrode pattern having a nanoscale line width. The present invention prepares a soft mold having a mold pattern on its surface, and attaches a masking film to the surface of the soft mold. The mold pattern is filled with a high viscosity silver ink of 30,000 cP or more, and the silver ink remaining on the surface of the masking film is scraped. The masking film is removed, and the silver ink filled in the mold pattern is transferred to the surface of the touch panel to form a silver electrode pattern. According to the present invention, the silver ink filled in the mold pattern can be transferred to the touch panel to produce a silver electrode pattern having a line width of 80 μm or less. In addition, since the accuracy and consistency of the silver electrode pattern having a nanoscale line width are improved, the silver electrode pattern may be formed at a low temperature without chemical treatment on the touch panel.
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nanoscale silver electrode pattern, and more particularly, a soft mold for producing a silver electrode pattern having a nanoscale line width by transferring silver ink by a soft mold. It relates to a method for producing a nanoscale silver electrode pattern using.
The touch screen panel is a computing input device that recognizes and inputs coordinates when a finger or a pen touches a screen, and has been developed in various ways and structures. The touch screen panel is a mobile phone such as a smart phone, a cellular phone, personal digital assistants (PDA), a portable multimedia player (PMP), an automatic teller machine (cash teller). It is used in a wide range of fields such as machine (ATM), point of sales (POS), search guidance system, unmanned contract terminal, and game machine.
The touch screen panel basically consists of a touch panel, a controller, and driver software. The touch panel is composed of a top plate and a bottom plate on which a transparent conductive film, for example, indium tin oxide (ITO), is deposited. Input the signal to the controller. The controller converts an analog signal input from the touch panel into a digital signal by an A / D converter (A / D converter, analog / digital converter) and transmits it to the driver software. The driver software operates the touch screen panel by the digital signal input from the controller.
The silver electrode is formed on the edge of the touch panel. This electrode is covered with a bezel and is invisible. Recently, the touch screen panel of a smartphone is required to be large while maintaining portability, so minimizing the edge of the bezel has been raised as an important issue.
Meanwhile, various methods of forming the silver electrode on the edge of the touch screen panel have been developed such as photolithography, ink-jet printing, stencil printing, and gravure printing. The method of forming a fine silver electrode by chemical etching using photolithography may cause chemical damage to a touch panel coated with indium tin oxide (ITO). In addition, the electrode performance of the surface may be degraded by heat treatment necessary for the lithography process. Therefore, it was difficult to form a silver electrode by the lithography process.
The method of forming a silver electrode by inkjet printing is less accurate for a relatively repetitive shape, and there are many restrictions in achieving a fine line width of 100 μm or less. In particular, high-viscosity silver ink should be used to form a high conductivity electrode applied to the touch panel. However, there is a lot of difficulty in transferring the high-viscosity silver ink pattern using a silver ink printing method using inkjet.
Stencil printing has been applied to solve both chemical and thermal problems and problems due to the high viscosity of silver ink. However, stencil printing has many difficulties in realizing fine line widths of less than 80 μm that are currently in use. Therefore, the situation is facing a limit in reducing the line width of the silver ink by stencil printing.
In the case of gravure printing using a polymer mold, it is bonded in a continuous process. However, when gravure printing is applied to high viscosity silver ink of more than 30,000 cP (Centipoise), it is not suitable for the process of high viscosity silver ink because it is difficult to fill ink into the mold or pressurize the transfer process due to the characteristics of the continuous process using the roll printing method. It has a downside.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a method for manufacturing a nanoscale silver electrode pattern using a soft mold according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 (a) and 1 (b), a method of manufacturing a soft mold according to the present invention is a method of manufacturing a soft mold in which a
2 (a) to 2 (c), a
As shown in FIG. 2 (c), when the exposed
폴리머(40)는 폴리리카보네이트(Polycarbonate, PC), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(Polyethyleneterephthalate, PET), 아크릴(Acrylic), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(Poly methyl methacrylate, PMMA), 폴리프로필렌(Polypropylene, PP), 폴리우레탄(Polyurethane, PU), 폴리디메틸실록산(Polydimethylsiloxane, PDMS) 등이 사용될 수 있다. 3 (a) and 3 (b), a
The
Next, a method of forming a nanoscale silver electrode pattern by the soft mold according to the present invention will be described.
Referring to Figures 4 (a) to (c), the
The
5 and 6, an
A certain amount of the
In FIG. 7, the photograph which image | photographed the silver electrode pattern produced by the transcription | transfer by the soft mold of this invention with the transmission electron microscope was shown. Referring to FIG. 7, it can be seen that the line width of the electrodes is 30 μm or less, and the electrodes are accurately formed without connecting portions between the electrodes.

10 (a) to 10 (d), the
