Description
The present invention relates to a photosensitive resin composition, and more particularly, it has excellent performance in sensitivity, heat resistance, resolution, and the like, and in particular, significantly improves room temperature storage stability and transmittance, and is suitable for forming an interlayer insulating film in an LCD manufacturing process. It relates to a resin composition.
In the TFT type liquid crystal display device or integrated circuit device, an interlayer insulating film is used to insulate and planarize between the wirings arranged between the layers.
Recently, an interlayer insulating film applied to a liquid crystal display (LCD) manufacturing process requires a photoresist capable of increasing backlight efficiency and lowering power consumption by increasing transmittance and flatness.

However, conventional epoxy acrylates have problems such as transmittance and storage stability of the interlayer insulating film, which causes problems in LCD manufacturing process.
Therefore, further studies are required to improve the transmittance and storage stability of the interlayer insulating film applied to the LCD manufacturing process.
