상기 프레임조립체(1)의 하부엔 우레탄 바퀴(10)를 장착하고 기대(2)의 상부엔 지지프레임(20)을 설치하며,
상기 경사조절기구(3)는 기준축(30)의 하부 위치에 반원형기어(4)를 설치하고 상기 지지프레임(20)의 일측 구동모터(40)에 의하여 구동되는 감속기축(42)의 기어(44)와 서로 치합되어 이루어져 상기 반원형기어(4)가 기준축(30)을 중심으로 각도변환이 이루어짐에 따라 상기 반원형기어(4)와 연동되는 작업대(5)가 설치되어 이루어지고,
상기 작업대(5)는 상기 기준축(30)을 감싼 상태로 가로로 길게 설치되고 상기 반원형기어(4)와 고정 설치되며 상기 기준축(30)을 중심으로 각도변위가 가능하게 설치된 하부지지부재(50)의 상부에 설치되어지되, 상기 작업대(5)는 상기 하부지지부재(50)의 일측에 마련된 중심축(52)을 중심으로 제자리에서 회전이 가능하게 설치되어 이루어지고,
상기 작업대(5)의 상부에 방사상으로 설치되는 3방향 그리퍼(7)는 각각 작업대(5)의 상부에 고정 설치되는 가이드레일(70)과, 이들 가이드레일(70)에 각각 끼워져 슬라이드 이동이 가능하게 설치되는 그리퍼(72)와, 그리고 이들 그리퍼(72)와 상기 가이드레일(70)을 서로 원하는 위치에 고정 설치하기 위한 고정부재(74)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계용접용 용접 포지셔너 장치.
