- 원재료를 실온 조건에서 냉간확관성형으로 미완성된 토션빔 형상을 갖는 프리 포밍소재(Pre Forming)로 성형하는 실온성형단계;상기 프리 포밍소재를 제1온도범위인 950℃ ~ 910℃온도로 가열해 반제품소재로 만드는 가열단계;상기 반제품소재의 주변으로 금형내 냉각수를 순환시키는 간접 냉각방식으로 상기 제1온도범위로부터 제2온도범위인 750℃ ~ 450℃ 온도로 낮춤과 동시에 토션빔 형상을 갖도록 상기 반제품소재에 대해 냉각과 성형을 동시에 수행하여 가공 완제품을 만드는 재성형단계;상기 가공 완제품을 냉각수에 담가 냉각하는 퀀칭(Quenching)열처리하여 열처리 완제품으로 만드는 열처리단계;상기 열처리 완제품을 숏트 브라스트(Shot Blast) 작업으로 표면 처리하고, 레이저 커팅(Laser Cutting)작업을 거쳐 최종 완제품으로 만든 다음, 실온에 적재시키는 후처리 단계; 로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션빔 성형 혼형공법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 실온성형단계와 가열단계사이에는 상기 프리 포밍소재를 세척과 건조하고 외관 검사를 거쳐 불량상태를 가리는 로딩단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션빔 성형 혼형공법.

- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 반제품소재에 대한 냉각수 간접 냉각 방식은 반제품소재의 전체 길이를 따른 단면 변화에 맞추어 감싼 상태에서 냉각수를 순환시키는 방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 토션빔 성형 혼형공법.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 냉각수는 입구부위에서 5℃ ~ 30℃ 온도를 유지하고, 출구부위에서 50℃ 보다 낮은 온도로 유지된 조건에서 2초 ~ 15초 순환주기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션빔 성형 혼형공법.

- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 퀀칭(Quenching)열처리는 45℃ 이하의 온도를 유지한 냉각수를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션빔 성형 혼형공법.
- 청구항 15에 있어서, 상기 퀀칭(Quenching)열처리된 가공 완제품은 마르텐사이트(Martensite)조직과, 베이나이트(Bainite)조직 및 페이라이드(Ferrite)조직을 혼용한 내부조직을 갖는 1차 열처리 완제품으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션빔 성형 혼형공법.

- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 퀀칭(Quenching)열처리후 피로특성을 증대시킬 때 만 템퍼링(Tempering)열처리를 수행하고, 상기 템퍼링(Tempering)열처리는 200℃ ~ 500℃의 온도에서 3분 ~ 15분 동안 가열후 공냉(서냉)으로 온도를 낮추는 것을 특징으로 하는 토션빔 성형 혼형공법.
