Claims (6)
- 제 1, 2, 3 화소영역이 정의(定義)된 절연 기판 상에 상기 제 1, 2, 3 화소영역의 경계에 1.8㎛ 내지 2.1㎛의 제 1 두께를 갖는 블랙매트릭스를 형성하는 단계와;상기 제 1 두께를 갖는 블랙매트릭스에 의해 포획된 상기 제 1, 2, 3 화소영역 각각에 잉크젯 장치를 이용하여 제 2 두께를 갖는 적, 녹, 청색 컬러필터 패턴을 형성하는 단계와;상기 블랙매트릭스와 상기 적, 녹, 청색 컬러필터 패턴 위로 유기절연물질로서 상기 기판 전면에 상기 제 1 두께보다 두꺼운 2.7㎛ 내지 3.0㎛의 제 3 두께를 갖는 오버코트층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 제 2 두께는 상기 제 1 두께와 같거나 또는 상기 제 3 두께의 15% 보다 작은 범위내에서 상기 제 1 두께보다 두꺼운 두께를 가짐으로써 상기 오버코트층이 상기 블랙매트릭스와 상기 적, 녹, 청색 컬러필터 패턴간의 두께차를 극복하여 그 표면이 평탄한 상태를 가지며 형성되는 것이 특징인 액정표시장치용 컬러필터 기판의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 오버코트층 상부에 고분자 물질로 그 표면이 평탄한 상태의 배향막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 액정표시장치용 컬러필터 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 배향막을 형성하기 전에 상기 오버코트층 상부에 투명 도전성 물질을 증착하여 그 표면이 평탄한 상태의 공통전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 액정표시장치용 컬러필터 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 적, 녹 ,청색 컬러필터 패턴은,상기 잉크젯 장치를 이용하여 적, 녹, 청색 레지스트를 순차적으로 상기 제 1, 2, 3 화소영역에 도포하거나,또는, 상기 잉크젯 장치를 이용하여 적, 녹, 청색 레지스트를 동시에 상기 제 1, 2, 3 화소영역에 도포함으로서 형성되는 것이 특징인 액정표시장치용 컬러필터 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 적, 녹 ,청색 컬러필터 패턴은,상기 잉크젯 장치를 이용하여 적, 녹, 청색 레지스트를 도포하는 단계 이후에는 상기 기판을 베이킹하여 상기 제 1, 2, 3 화소영역에 도포된 상기 적, 녹, 청색 레지스트를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 액정표시장치용 컬러필터 기판의 제조 방법.
