Claims (11)
- 모터 작동식 폐쇄 시스템용 끼임 방지 방법에 있어서,모터 속도의 감소를 검출하는 단계;감소된 모터 속도의 검출에 따라 모터를 스위치 오프하는 단계;모터의 스위치 오프 과정 동안, 끼임 상황의 검출을 위해 센서 신호를 분석하는 단계;상기 분석에 기초하여 끼임 상황이 있는지의 여부를 결정하는 단계; 및끼임 상황이 존재하는지 여부에 따라 모터를 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 끼임 방지 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,끼임 상황이, 사전에 지정된 주기(tdec) 내에 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 끼임 방지 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 주기(tdec)는, 상기 모터가 스위치 오프된 후 정지될 때까지의 주기(tstop)보다 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 끼임 방지 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,끼임 상황의 검출을 위해, 상기 모터의 회전수가 검출되고 평가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 끼임 방지 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,끼임 상황의 검출을 위해, 모니터링 센서의 센서 신호가 평가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 끼임 방지 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폐쇄 시스템 내에 물체가 끼인 것이 검출되면, 상기 모터의 회전 방향이 반대로 바뀌고, 상기 모터의 속도가 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 끼임 방지 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폐쇄 시스템 내에 물체가 끼어있지 않다는 것이 검출되면, 상기 모터가 다시 스위치 온되고 동일한 회전 방향으로 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 끼임 방지 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,분석된 센서 신호가 필터링되는 것을 특징으로 하는 끼임 방지 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,끼임 상황이 검출되면, 모터 차단의 특성 곡선이 고려되는 것을 특징으로 하는 끼임 방지 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 실시하기 위해 설치되는 모터, 검출 유닛, 제어 유닛 및 적어도 하나의 센서를 포함하는, 끼임 상황을 검출하는 장치
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 모터는 차량 내에 윈도우 리프터-, 슬라이딩 루프-, 또는 테일게이트 장치용 구동기로서 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 끼임 상황을 검출하는 장치.
