- 유류제품에 친유성기와 친수성기가 동시에 존재하는 식별제를 첨가하는 단계;상기 유류제품으로부터 계면활성제를 이용하여 식별제를 추출하는 단계; 및상기 추출된 식별제를 특이적인 항체를 이용하여 효소-면역학적 방법으로 검출하는 단계를 포함하는 유류제품의 이력 추적 및 식별 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유류제품은 가솔린 또는 디젤유인 것을 특징으로 하는 유류제품의 이력 추적 및 식별 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 식별제는 2,4,5-트리클로로페녹시아세트산 (2,4,5-Trichlorophenoxyacetic acid) 또는 2,4-디클로로페녹시아세트산 (2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유류제품의 이력 추적 및 식별 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 특이적인 항체는 2,4,5-트리클로로페녹시아세트산 또는 2,4-디클로로페녹시아세트산과 운반체 단백질(carrier protein)의 복합체에 의해 생성된 토끼 유래의 2,4,5-트리클로로페녹시아세트산 또는 2,4-디클로로페녹시아세트산 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 유류제품의 이력 추적 및 식별 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 운반체 단백질은 키홀림펫헤모시아닌 (keyhole limpet hemocyanin ; KLH) 또는 소혈청알부민 (Bovine Serum Albumin; BSA)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유류제품의 이력 추적 및 식별 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 효소-면역학적 방법은 별도로 준비된 항원물질과의 경쟁반응을 이용하여 저해율을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유류제품의 이력 추적 및 식별 방법.
- 2,4,5-트리클로로페녹시아세트산 (2,4,5-Tichlorophenoxyacetic acid) 또는 2,4-디클로로페녹시아세트산 (2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid)을 포함하는 친유성기(親油性基)와 친수성기(親水性基)가 동시에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유류 식별제.
- 2,4,5-트리클로로페녹시아세트산 (2,4,5-Tichlorophenoxyacetic acid) 또는 2,4-디클로로페녹시아세트산 (2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid)과 운반체 단백질(carrier protein)의 복합체를 이용하여 제조된 토끼 유래 2,4,5-트리클로로페녹시아세트산 (2,4,5-Tichlorophenoxyacetic acid) 또는 2,4-디클로로페녹시아세트산 (2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) 항체를 포함하는 유류제품로부터의 식별제 검출 키트.
