Abstract
Description
상기 유로의 입구는 상기 사판실과 연통하도록 상기 사판의 허브와 구동축의 양측을 각각 관통하여 서로 반대방향으로 한 쌍이 형성되고, 상기 출구는 상기 전,후방 실린더블록의 흡입통로와 연통하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

- 압축기(100) 내부의 사판실(136)에서 회전하는 사판(160)이 경사지게 결합되고, 내부에는 외부에서 압축기(100) 내부로 흡입된 냉매가 실린더보어(131)(141)로 이동할 수 있도록 유로(151)가 형성되고, 상기 유로(151)에는 상기 사판실(136)과 연통되는 각각 적어도 하나 이상의 입구(152)가 형성됨과 아울러, 상기 입구(152)와 이격되어 한 쌍의 출구(153)가 서로 반대 방향으로 형성된 구동축(150);상기 구동축(150)이 축지지공(133)(143)에 회전가능하게 설치됨과 아울러 상기 사판실(136) 양측으로 다수의 실린더보어(131)(141)가 형성되고, 상기 구동축(150)의 유로(151)로 흡입된 냉매가 구동축(150)의 회전시 순차적으로 각 실린더보어(131)(141)로 흡입될 수 있도록 상기 축지지공(133)(143)과 각 실린더보어(131)(141)를 연통시키는 흡입통로(132)(142)가 형성된 전,후방 실린더블록(130)(140);상기 사판(160)의 외주에 슈(165)를 개재하여 장착되고 사판(160)의 회전운동에 연동하여 상기 실린더보어(131)(141)내를 왕복운동하는 다수의 피스톤(170);상기 전,후방 실린더블록(130)(140)의 양측에 결합되며 내부에 토출실(111)(121)이 각각 형성된 전,후방 하우징(110)(120);상기 전,후방 실린더블록(130)(140)과 전,후방 하우징(110)(120)의 사이에 각각 개재되는 밸브유니트(190)를 포함하여 구성되는 압축기에 있어서,상기 구동축(150)에는, 상기 피스톤(170)이 하사점을 지나 압축이 완료되는 최고 상사점에 도달된 직후에 상기 유로(151)와 연통되는 관통홀(154)이 한 쌍이 형성되어 있되, 각 관통홀(154)은 상기 전,후방 실린더블록(130)(140)의 흡입통로(132)(142)의 위치와 일치하는 구동축(150) 측면에 서로 반대방향으로 형성되어 있으며,상기 유로(151)의 입구(152)는 상기 사판실(136)과 연통하도록 상기 사판(160)의 허브(161)와 구동축(150)의 양측을 각각 관통하여 서로 반대방향으로 한 쌍이 형성되고, 상기 출구(153)는 상기 전,후방 실린더블록(130)(140)의 흡입통로(132)(142)와 연통하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밸브유니트(190)는 상기 각 실린더보어(131)(141)와 상기 전,후방 하우징(110)(120)의 토출실(111)(121)을 연통하도록 다수의 냉매토출공(191a)이 형성된 밸브플레이트(191)와, 상기 밸브플레이트(191)의 일측에 설치되어 상기 토출공(191a)을 개폐하는 토출리드밸브(192)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
