- 삭제
- 압축기(100) 내부의 사판실(136)에서 회전하는 사판(160)이 경사지게 결합되고, 내부에는 상기 사판실(136)내로 흡입된 냉매가 사판(160)을 통과하여 실린더보어(131)(141)로 이동할 수 있도록 주냉매 흡입유로(151)가 형성된 구동축(150);상기 구동축(150)이 회전가능하게 설치되는 축지지공(133)(143)을 구비함과 아울러 상기 사판실(136)의 양측으로 다수의 실린더보어(131)(141)가 형성되고, 상기 구동축(150)의 주냉매 흡입유로(151)로 흡입된 냉매가 구동축(150)의 회전시 순차적으로 각 실린더보어(131)(141)로 흡입될 수 있도록 상기 축지지공(133)(143)과 각 실린더보어(131)(141)를 연통시키는 흡입통로(132)(142)가 형성된 실린더블록(130)(140);상기 사판(160)의 외주에 슈(165)를 개재하여 장착되고 사판(160)의 회전운동에 연동하여 상기 실린더보어(131)(141)내를 왕복운동하는 다수의 피스톤(170);상기 실린더블록(130)(140)의 양측에 결합되며 내부에 토출실(111)(121)이 각각 형성된 전방 및 후방 하우징(110)(120);상기 실린더블록(130)(140)과 전방 및 후방 하우징(110)(120)의 사이에 각각 개재되는 밸브유니트(180)를 포함하여 이루어진 압축기에 있어서,상기 주냉매 흡입유로(151)의 직경을 A라 하고, 상기 주냉매 흡입유로(151)의 입구(152)의 수력직경을 B라 하며, 상기 주냉매 흡입유로(151)의 입구(152)의 흡입저항율(R)은 다음식으로 정의 할 때, 상기 흡입저항율(R)은 다음식, 0.5 ≤ R ≤ 1.3 을 만족하며,상기 후방 하우징(120)에는 냉매저류실(125)이 더 형성되고, 상기 실린더블록(140)에는 상기 사판실(136)과 냉매저류실(125)을 연통시키는 보조냉매 흡입유로(148)가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 보조냉매 흡입유로(148)는 상기 실린더보어(141) 중 서로 인접한 실린더보어(141) 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 보조냉매 흡입유로(148)의 중심과 상기 축지지공(143)까지의 최단거리(D)는 9∼11mm내인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
