The present invention relates to a clutch disk assembly, and more particularly, the friction bushing is composed of a double material having a different friction coefficient, so that a high level of hysteresis is maintained by the first friction material, and then worn by the second friction material. It is an invention that continuously maintains a certain level of hysteresis.
In general, a disc friction clutch is used in a manual transmission to transmit power of an automobile engine, and a torque converter, which is a type of fluid clutch, is used in an automatic transmission.
1 is a side cross-sectional view of a disc friction clutch incorporating a conventional clutch disc assembly.
Referring to FIG. 1, a disc friction clutch according to the related art is disclosed in US Pat. No. 6,062,364. It is composed of a
Here, the
The clutch disc assembly also includes a
Looking at the power transmission path, the torque transmitted from the crankshaft (5) rotates the flywheel (2), clutch cover (21), pressure plate (22) and clutch contact (31) integrally, and transmits to clutch contact (31). Figure 2 is a view showing an example of a conventional clutch disk assembly, the friction generating unit is a friction plate (friction plate 170) to provide a friction surface, and a friction spring that is a spring spring providing an elastic force to the friction plate (170) A
1 and 2, in the conventional clutch disc assembly, a material having a large coefficient of friction should be used for high hysteresis.
In order to shorten the life of the product and to improve the life of the product, a material having a small friction coefficient should be used, but there is a problem in that it does not satisfy a high level of hysteresis.
In addition, the wear of the friction bushing changes the load position of the friction spring to form a friction force, there is a problem that the hysteresis durability of the clutch disk assembly is sharply lowered.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a clutch disc assembly comprising a friction bushing composed of dissimilar materials having different coefficients of friction in order to form a high level of hysteresis and to improve the life of the product.
The present invention is rotated by receiving the torque, the disk plate and the sub plate are coupled to each other; A hub plate that receives torque from the disc plate and the subplate and rotates at regular time intervals; And a friction bushing positioned at any one or both of the hub plate and the disc plate and the hub plate and the subplate, causing hysteresis due to relative rotation, and made of different materials having different friction coefficients. It is done.
In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the friction bushing is made of a first friction material and a second friction material having a smaller coefficient of friction than the first friction material.
In addition, the present invention is characterized in that hysteresis occurs by the second friction material after the friction bushing wears out all of the first friction material by the relative rotation with the hub plate.
In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the first friction material is inserted into and coupled to the groove formed in the second friction material.
The clutch disc assembly provided by the present invention initially forms hysteresis by the first friction material having a high coefficient of friction, and after the first friction material is worn out, a low level of the second friction material generates hysteresis, thereby causing rapid wear between parts. It will reduce the occurrence.
In addition, the friction coefficient of the second friction material is small to reduce the occurrence of rapid wear and revival in the expectation of improving the product life due to the increase of the warranty period of the vehicle.
In addition, it is possible to extend the life of hysteresis endurance performance by reducing the load change amount of the friction spring through the supplement of the rapid wear.
In addition, even when the vehicle is driven for a long time, the performance of the noise vibration characteristic (NVH) of the clutch disk assembly is maintained.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
3A and 3B illustrate an example of a friction bushing according to the present invention.
In general, the
Friction bushing (200, 300) is located in any one or more of the
Hereinafter, since the structure and function of the friction bushing is similar, it will be described with reference to FIG.
3 is a friction bushing 200 positioned between the
3B is a view illustrating a friction bushing positioned between the hub plate and the subplate. Since the
4 is a diagram showing hysteresis endurance performance according to the present invention.
The X axis represents time, and the Y axis represents the amount of change in hysteresis over time
Indicates. First, section A generates hysteresis due to the relative movement of the
While the vehicle is driven by the present invention, hysteresis occurs due to the relative rotational movement of the
