Claims (7)
- 양극과 음극이 분리막으로 절연되어 형성된 전극조립체, 상기 전극조립체로부터 연장된 전극 탭, 상기 전극 탭에 연결된 전극 리드, 및 상기 전극조립체를 수용하는 파우치형 전지케이스를 포함하는 파우치형 이차전지에 있어서,상기 파우치형 전지케이스는 전극조립체, 상기 전극 탭과 전극 리드가 연결되는 웰딩부위를 거쳐 리드 필름과 파우치가 접착되는 부위까지 연장되어 단계적으로 단차지게 포밍되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 파우치 포밍은 상기 전극 탭과 전극 리드부가 연결되는 웰딩 부위의 두께를 최소화시킬 수 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리드 필름과 파우치가 접착되는 부분은 전극 리드가 노출되기 전까지의 부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 파우치는 수지층과 금속층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시 트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전극조립체는 스택형 또는 스택/폴딩형 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 리튬 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 이차전지를 포함하고 있는 고출력 대용량의 중대형 전지팩.
