I. 균주선별I. Strain Selection

Soil microorganisms mineralize organic nitrogen, phosphorus and sulfur and convert organic matter into a special form of organic matter. It acts as a function and organic matter. Nitrification, denitrification, sulfur oxidation, lactic acid reduction, iron oxidation, reduction, manganese oxidation, reduction, etc. are very important for the soil economy, and the reaction is part of the soil microorganisms.

Nitrifying bacteria, some of the denitrifying bacteria, sulfur bacteria, lactic acid reduction bacteria, and some of iron oxide bacteria are called chemical inorganic nutrients. Organotrophic microorganisms acquire the free energy needed for living organisms in the process of oxidizing organic matter, whereas they depend on the oxidation process of inorganic matter. The obtained reaction of the free energy causes a necessary shape change of organic materials in addition nitrification bacteria is NH 4 + or NO 2 - getting a free energy in the course of oxidation by-each NO 2 - and NO 3.

Nitrification is mainly composed of inorganic nutritional nitrifying bacteria, which are classified into ammonia-oxidizing bacteria which oxidize ammonium ions to nitrite ions, and nitrous oxide which oxidize nitrite ions to nitrate ions.

The feed containing 0.2% of the composite microbial preparation prepared in Table 3 above was fed to 18000 chickens for 4 weeks, and the same feed without adding the composite microbial preparation to 12000 chickens for 4 weeks. Ammonia generation degree and production efficiency are shown in FIG. In addition, the results of analysis to check the activity of DH2 in feces are shown in Table 7.
