The present invention relates to a photovoltaic power generation system, and to a building integrated photovoltaic power generation system including a micro inverter using a solar cell module as a building envelope.
In connection with global energy depletion and environmental issues, research on energy saving and development of alternative energy technologies has been conducted for a long time. Among the alternative energies currently being researched is the solar energy field.
Photovoltaic (PV) is a technology that generates electricity using solar, which requires no special maintenance and does not use fossil fuels such as coal or petroleum. . There are various applications such as solar power plants, but recently, building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) systems that apply solar power technology to buildings are spreading around the world.
Building-integrated photovoltaic power generation system utilizes solar cell module as a building material and utilizes it as exterior wall material, roof material, window and window material of building, for example, so that solar cell module has new function as building material of building in addition to its original function of power generation. Therefore, it is possible to realize environment-friendly and energy-efficient buildings while reducing installation cost without requiring separate installation space.
Conventional building integrated photovoltaic power generation system adopts a centralized type in which one power conversion system (PCS) is responsible for output power of the entire array of solar cell modules connected in series and parallel. In such a conventional centralized building integrated solar power generation system, if any one of the modules having low electrical characteristics is mixed in the connected solar modules, or if some of the solar modules are shaded, the overall system output is reduced due to voltage drop. there was. In addition, it is not only difficult to secure flexibility in the installation capacity of the solar cell module, but also difficult to cope with the mismatch caused by the difference in output power between each solar cell module when applied to a building integrated solar power system. There was also.

In addition, since a micro-inverter for processing output power is installed in each solar cell module, it is possible to generate a maximum output for each module, and it has an effect of having characteristics that are robust against mismatch problems caused by output power differences between modules.
In addition, the monitoring unit is provided in the micro inverter, so that the solar cell module and / or the micro inverter itself may be quickly identified and replaced.
In addition, since the output power of the micro inverter is AC (AC), it can be directly connected to the power system, and the micro inverter can be simply inserted into the inner hollow portion of the horizontal bar, which is one of the structural members constituting the support frame of the building envelope. It is easy to install and does not require a separate micro inverter installation space, thereby reducing the installation cost. And since construction is easy, the demand from the installer for a house or a commercial facility can be expected.
In addition, by allowing the case upper surface of the micro inverter to elastically support the inner surface of the inner hollow of the horizontal bar made of aluminum with a spring, the detachable operation of the micro inverter is smoothly performed during the construction process to mitigate the impact on the product. The heat dissipation effect can also be expected by making the cover of the surface and the horizontal bar closely contact.

Referring to FIG. 1, a building integrated photovoltaic
The
The

In the present embodiment, the building surface formed by the plurality of
Curtain walls are mainly used for the construction of exterior walls of modern buildings, and are simply exterior walls that do not support loads. Such curtain walls have a large function as exteriors in addition to the function of blocking rain, wind, noise, heat, etc., and are widely used in high-rise (or high-rise) construction. In high-rise construction, light materials such as aluminum bars are used for curtain walls to reduce the weight of the building. Curtain wall is a non-bearing exterior wall (standard construction standard specification) of a building constituted as a factory production member, and refers to a wall installed irrespective of a structure, but today it means a united non-bearing wall installed on an exterior wall.
When the building integrated
The
The
In general, the amount of power generated by a photovoltaic system is calculated using the design factor or performance factor (PR or K). PR or K is the ratio between the ideal power generation performance and the actual power generation performance of the photovoltaic power generation system without considering losses at 1kW / m² of solar radiation intensity (STC: standard test conditions) and surface temperature of 25 ℃. Indicates. That is, the design factor (or performance factor) K is expressed by the following equation.
1][Equation 1]
K = Kpo·Kpa·Kpm·Kpt·Kpp = (EP×GT , ref)/(PAS×HA) K = K po · K pa · K pm · K pt · K pp = (E P × G T, ref) / (P AS × H A)
Where K po is design factor considering other losses (contamination, deterioration, angle of incidence) of solar array, K pa is design factor considering DC line loss of photovoltaic array, and K pm is mismatch of photovoltaic array Design factor considering loss, K pt is design factor considering temperature rise loss of photovoltaic array, K pp is design factor considering power conversion loss of photovoltaic array, E P is system AC output power [kWh], G T, ref is 1kW / ㎡, which is the solar intensity at STC, P AS is the installed capacity of photovoltaic array at STC, and H A is the insolation of the slope [kWh / ㎡].
The photovoltaic power generation system can be used for solar radiation arrays due to fluctuations in incidence angle, cumulus, snow cover, pollution and aging. There are various losses such as mismatch loss due to unparallel imbalance and maximum output point variation of photovoltaic array, and photovoltaic power conversion loss due to conversion efficiency and standby state of photovoltaic inverter. There is a need. In the photovoltaic power generation system, the design factor or performance factor is not constant and varies depending on the installation environment and design configuration such as solar intensity and temperature.
The following table shows the design coefficients in the Japanese standard established in 2005 (Japanese Industrial Standard according to the estimation of the amount of generation of photovoltaic power generation system, JIS C 8907).

In the present invention, since the characteristics of the individual modules can be grasped by directly connecting the

The
In the present embodiment, the
One or
In addition, when the
The

The power conversion circuit board may convert an input power source into a high frequency resonant power conversion method through pulse width modulation and output the same. The high frequency resonant type micro inverter includes a high frequency resonant type power conversion circuit using pulse width modulation (PWM) of a high frequency phase shift type, thereby enabling power conversion in a high frequency phase shift type. A detailed configuration of the power conversion circuit board by the high frequency resonant power conversion method will be described in detail later with reference to FIG. 6.
The
The
Side of the
The
The
The
By monitoring the electrical characteristics of the micro-inverter 300, the
To this end, the
In addition, the monitoring unit may operate the alarm device provided in the
The

The
The
The
The resonating
Meanwhile, the high frequency
The
