Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
The heat treatment furnace can be divided into a continuous type furnace (Batch Type Furnace) and a continuous type furnace (Continuous Type Furnace). Non-continuous furnace refers to the way in which the product is loaded and operated on a cycle basis and the product stays inside the furnace until the heat treatment is completely completed. The continuous furnace designates the heat treatment conditions of the product, namely temperature profile and oxygen concentration. There is an advantage that it is suitable for mass production in the non-continuous heat treatment furnace by moving directly and heat treatment according to the predetermined condition.
The continuous heat treatment furnace includes a direct heating type in which a combustion flame directly touches and a muffle type indirectly heating the muffle, which is a tunnel made of ceramic or metal, depending on the heating method of the workpiece. The direct type has the advantage of low heat loss, but the muffle heat treatment method is used in the process of producing electronic components such as multilayer ceramic capacitors and chip inductors, because the material cannot be heated uniformly and the material can be soiled and damaged. Use
1 is a perspective view of a conventional muffle heat treatment furnace. Referring to FIG. 1, a conventional muffle heat treatment furnace includes a
The heat generating element is for setting the inside of the heat treatment furnace to a desired temperature, and a plurality of heat generating elements are divided into preliminary firing (debinder) sections, firing sections, and slow cooling sections, respectively.
The air supply device maintains the pressure in the
The
In the case of firing a to-be-fired material containing a binder containing an organic material as a main component, gas is generated while the binder is decomposed in a 300 to 400 ° C debinder region. Binder decomposition gas refers to an organic component or organic substance generated from a to-be-fired product in a firing process, or a gas generated by combustion or decomposition thereof.A binder decomposition gas forms a strong reducing atmosphere by combining with oxygen and thus adversely affects the properties of the to-be-processed material. Must be removed from. Therefore, the binder decomposition gas is sucked through the
However, in general, since the temperature of the
In order to prevent such a problem from occurring, periodically replace the
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and according to the present invention, there is provided a continuous heat treatment furnace in which the exhaust or exhaust pipe is not contaminated by the binder decomposition gas.
According to the present invention, a gas suction member is installed above the binder removal section inside the muffle to suck the binder decomposition gas and has an opening for gas suction; An exhaust pipe connected to the gas suction member so as to transport the sucked binder decomposition gas and extending along the inside of the muffle via a section that is hotter than the debinder section inside the muffle; And an exhaust port connected to the exhaust pipe and extending out of the muffle to discharge the binder decomposition gas delivered through the exhaust pipe to the outside of the heat treatment furnace. Is provided.
Continuous heat treatment according to the present invention has the following effects.
First, since the binder decomposition gas is discharged by moving to a high temperature region, the exhaust pipe and the exhaust port are not blocked.
Secondly, productivity is improved because there is no need to clean the exhaust pipes and exhaust vents.
Third, since the exhaust pipe and the exhaust port are not contaminated, the replacement cycle is long, resulting in low manufacturing costs.

Figure 2 is a perspective view of one embodiment of a continuous heat treatment furnace according to the present invention, Figure 3 is a perspective view of the exhaust device of the continuous heat treatment furnace shown in FIG.
Referring to FIG. 2, one embodiment of a continuous heat treatment furnace according to the present invention includes a
An exhaust device having a configuration and a function different from that of a conventional continuous heat treatment furnace will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 2 to 3. 2 to 3, the exhaust device includes three pairs of
The
The
In the exemplary embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 3, three
The
The
Since the amount of binder decomposition gas sucked in each of the

Detailed description of components having the same structure and function as the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 to 3 will be omitted.
An exhaust device having a difference in configuration and function will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. 4 and 5, the exhaust device includes
The
The
The
The electrode firing furnace according to the present embodiment further includes a
The
Hereinafter, a method of installing the
After welding the
The
The
Through this process, the
