Claims (2)
- 정상상태의 변속기에서 각 부품별로 각각의 오더성분을 검출하여, 이를 해당 부품에 대한 정상상태에서의 기준값으로 설정하는 단계;시험 대상의 변속기로부터 시간영역에서 변조파형으로 나타나는 진동신호를 검출하는 단계;진동신호를 고속 푸리에 변환(Fast Fourier Transformation : FFT) 처리하여 주파수 영역에서 나타나는 파형의 스펙트럼으로 변환하는 단계;스펙트럼으로부터 오더성분을 검출하는 단계; 및오더성분을 기준값과 비교하여 변속기의 결함상태를 판단하는 단계를 포함하고;상기 진동신호를 검출하는 단계는,상기 변속기의 롤러베어링의 내륜 진동신호를 검출하는 단계;상기 변속기의 롤러베어링의 외륜 진동신호를 검출하는 단계;상기 변속기의 롤러베어링의 롤러 진동신호를 검출하는 단계; 및상기 변속기의 롤러베어링의 케이지 진동신호를 검출하는 단계를 포함하고;상기 진동신호를 검출하는 단계는 상기 내륜, 상기 외륜, 상기 롤러 및 상기 케이지에 해당하는 주파수에 따라 다르게 나타나는 변조파형을 동시에 검출하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 결함 검출방법.
