Claims (24)
- 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리에스테르, 에틸렌과 프로필렌의 공중합체, 폴리에스테르 공중합체, 폴리아미드, 폴리카르보네이트 또는 이들의 2개 이상의 혼합물인 중합성 물질 및 이 중합성 물질에 분산된 미립 고형물들로 구성된, 제1 표면 및 제2 표면을 갖는 코어층; 및에틸렌 또는 프로필렌으로부터 유도된 열가소성 공중합체 또는 삼중중합체 및 알킬 아크릴레이트, 아크릴산, 알킬 아크릴산, 비닐 아세테이트 및 이들의 2 이상의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 관능성 단량체(functional monomer)로 구성된, 상기 코어층의 제1 표면 위에 놓인 제1 스킨층을 포함하는 필름으로서,상기 필름은 다층상 필름을 형성하기 위해 상기 코어층 및 상기 제1 스킨층을 동시-압출하고, 기계 방향 배향의 필름을 제공하기 위해 라벨의 예상되는 서비스 온도보다 높은 온도에서 상기 필름을 열-연신(hot-stretching)하고, 상기 라벨의 예상 서비스 온도보다 높은 온도에서 상기 필름을 어니일링함으로써 형성되는 것이고;상기 필름의 밀도는 열-연신 중에 5% 내지 25% 만큼 감소되는 것이고;상기 필름은 열-연신 및 어니일링 후에 30 내지 120 범위의 기계 방향 거얼리(Gurley) 강성도 값을 갖고;상기 필름은 열-연신 및 어니일링 후에 2% 이하의 기계 방향 수축률을 갖고;상기 필름은 열-연신 및 어니일링 후에 100 psi 이하의 200℉(93.3℃)에서의 기계 방향 수축 인장을 갖는 것인, 인-몰드 라벨의 제조에 사용하기 위한 다층상 필름.
