Description
Claims (24)
- 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템으로서,a) 사용자와 상기 사용자와 연관된 제품 중 하나의 식별자(태그 ID)와 상기 맞춤 서비스의 식별자(객체 ID)를 제공하는 적어도 하나의 시작 디바이스(22, 22N, 122-126, 222, 224, 322a 내지 322f)와,b) 연관된 동작 테이블을 갖는 프로세서(30, 130, 230, 330)로서, 상기 적어도 하나의 시작 디바이스로부터 상기 태그 ID 및 객체 ID를 수신하고, 상기 동작 테이블에서 대응하는 동작을 탐색하기 위해 적어도 상기 수신된 태그 ID 및 객체 ID를 이용하는, 프로세서(30, 130, 230, 330)와,c) 상기 동작을 수신하고, 상기 동작의 적어도 부분적인 실행을 수행하여, 상기 맞춤 서비스를 포함하는 결과를 생성하는, 서비스 제공 노드{서비스 제공 노드(1 내지 N, 250 내지 254, 350a 내지 350n)}를포함하며,상기 동작 테이블은 주기적으로 갱신되고, 상기 맞춤 서비스의 식별자로 시작 디바이스를 식별하는 것을 특징으로 하는,네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 시작 디바이스(22, 22N, 122 내지 126, 222)는 입력으로서 상기 태그 ID를 수신하는 연관된 입력(22(i), 22N(i), 122(i) 내지 126(i), 227(i))을 갖는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 동작을 수신하고 상기 동작의 적어도 부분적인 실행을 수행하는 상기 서비스 제공 노드는 상기 맞춤 서비스를 포함하는 결과를 생성하는 상기 적어도 하나의 시작 디바이스(122 내지 126)에 대응하는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 시스템.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 프로세서 및 상기 서비스 제공 노드는 하나의 서버(single server)에 상주하는(reside on), 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 객체 ID에 의해 식별된 상기 맞춤 서비스의 적어도 일부분은 상기 시작 디바이스(22, 22N, 122 내지 126, 222, 224, 322a 내지 322f)에 의해 제공되는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 결과를 생성하기 위해 상기 서비스 제공 노드{서비스 제공 노드(1 내지 N, 250 내지 254, 350a 내지 350n)}에 의한 동작의 적어도 부분적인 실행을 수행하는 것은, 상기 수신된 동작에 기초하여 제어 명령을 생성하는 것과, 상기 제어 명령을 상기 시작 디바이스(22, 22N, 222, 224, 322a 내지 322f)로 송신하는 것을 포함하며, 상기 제어 명령은 제공된 상기 맞춤 서비스에 대응하는 상기 시작 디바이스에 제공되는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 프로세서(30, 130, 230, 330)는 상기 태그 ID 및 객 체 ID 외에 적어도 하나의 파라미터를 수신하고, 상기 프로세서(30, 130, 230, 330)는 상기 동작 테이블에서 대응하는 동작을 탐색하기 위해 상기 태그 ID 및 객체 ID와 함께 상기 수신된 적어도 하나의 파라미터를 이용하는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 동작을 수신하고 상기 동작의 적어도 부분적인 실행을 수행하는 상기 서비스 제공 노드는, 상기 프로세서(30, 230, 330) 및 연관된 동작 테이블을 포함하는 네트워크 노드로부터 분리된 네트워크 노드{서비스 제공 노드(1 내지 N, 250, 252, 254, 350a 내지 350n)}에서 서비스 제공 서버를 포함하는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 객체 ID에 의해 식별된 상기 맞춤 서비스의 적어도 일부분은 외부 서비스 제공자에 의해 제공되는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 시스템.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 결과를 생성하기 위해 서비스 제공 노드{서비스 제공 노드(1 내지 N, 250, 252, 254, 350a 내지 350n)}에 의한 동작의 적어도 부분적인 실행을 수행하는 것은, 상기 수신된 동작에 기초하여 지령을 생성하는 것과, 상기 지령을 상기 외부 서비스 제공자로 송신하는 것을 포함하며, 상기 지령은 상기 외부 서비스 제공자에 의해 제공된 상기 맞춤 서비스에 대응하는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비 스를 제공하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 시스템은 다수의 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는데, 각각은 객체 ID에 의해 식별되고, 그러한 각 맞춤 서비스는 다수의 태그 ID에 제공되고, 상기 동작 테이블은 그러한 각 맞춤 서비스에 대한 객체 ID와 태그 ID의 각 조합에 대응하는, 적어도 하나의 동작을 포함하는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 시스템.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 시스템은 다수의 서비스 제공 노드{서비스 제공 노드(1 내지 N, 250, 252, 254, 350a 내지 350n)}를 포함하고, 상기 동작 테이블에서 탐색된 특정 동작은 상기 동작을 수신하는 상기 서비스 제공 노드를 결정하는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 서비스 제공 노드{서비스 제공 노드(1 내지 M, 250 내지 254, 350a 내지 350n)}에 의한 상기 동작의 적어도 부분적인 실행을 수행하는 것은 보완 동작을 생성하는 것과, 상기 보완 동작을 제 2 서비스 제공 노드{서비스 제공 노드(1 내지 M, 250 내지 254, 350a 내지 350n)}로 송신하는 것을 포함하며, 상기 제 2 서비스 제공 노드는 상기 맞춤 서비스를 포함하는 추가 결과를 생성하기 위해 상기 보완 동작을 이용하는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 객체 ID에 의해 식별된 상기 맞춤 서비스의 적어도 일부분은 상기 시작 디바이스(22, 22N, 122 내지 126, 222, 224, 322a 내지 322f)로부터 분리된 서비스 디바이스에 의해 제공되는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 시스템.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 결과를 생성하기 위해 상기 서비스 제공 노드{서비스 제공 노드(1 내지 N, 250 내지 254, 350a 내지 350n)}에 의한 상기 동작의 적어도 부분적인 실행을 수행하는 것은 상기 수신된 동작에 기초하여 제어 명령을 생성하는 것과, 상기 제어 명령을 상기 서비스 디바이스로 송신하는 것을 포함하며, 상기 제어 명령은 제공된 상기 맞춤 서비스에 대응하는 상기 서비스 디바이스에 제공되는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 시스템.
- 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 방법으로서,a) 사용자 그리고 사용자와 연관된 제품 중 하나의 식별자(태그 ID), 및 상기 맞춤 서비스의 식별자(객체 ID)를 생성하는 단계와,b) 상기 태그 ID 및 객체 ID를 개별적인 처리 노드(30, 130, 230, 330)로 송신하는 단계와,c) 상기 수신된 적어도 태그 ID 및 객체 ID에 기초하여 상기 처리 노드(30, 130, 230, 330)의 동작 테이블에서 동작을 결정하는 단계와,d) 상기 결정된 동작을 수행하고 상기 결정된 동작에 기초하여 상기 맞춤 서비스를 포함하는 결과를 생성하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 동작 테이블은 주기적으로 갱신되고, 상기 맞춤 서비스의 식별자로 시작 디바이스를 식별하는 것을 특징으로 하는,네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 태그 ID 및 객체 ID의 생성 단계는 사용자 근처에 있는 시작 디바이스(22, 22N, 122 내지 126, 222, 224, 322a 내지 322f)에서 발생하는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 태그 ID 및 객체 ID의 생성 단계는 적어도 하나의 추가 파라미터의 생성을 포함하는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 처리 노드(30, 130, 230, 330)에서 동작을 결정하는 상기 단계는 상기 수신된 태그 ID 및 객체 ID 외에 적어도 하나의 추가 파라미터에 기초하는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 동작을 실행하고 상기 결정된 동작에 기초하여 결과를 생성하는 상기 단계는 상기 처리 노드(30, 130, 230, 330)와는 별도로 발생하는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 상기 동작을 실행하고 결과를 생성하는 단계의 적어도 부분은 서비스 제공 노드{서비스 제공 노드(1 내지 N, 250 내지 254, 350a 내지 350n)}로부터 발생하는, 네트워크에서 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 방법.
