Abstract
종국적으로는 유기성 고농도 폐수를 처리함에 있어 효율성과 경제성이 수반된 조성물을 이용한 유기성 고농도 폐수에 대한 효율적 및 경제적 처리방법에 관한 것으로,
토양미생물을 이용한 조성물은, 산화분말을 고형화시킨 펠렛과 부식토와 토양미생물이 혼합되어 혼합물을 구성하는 혼합물 제조단계와, 상기 제조된 혼합물을 지하수와 중량비로 혼합물 대 지하수를 2:8 내지 3:7로 혼합시키는 지하수 혼합단계와, 상기 지하수와 혼합된 혼합물에 공기를 주입하되, 간헐폭기하여 DO 농도를 0.0mg/l초과 1.0mg/l이하로 유지하는 공기주입단계와, 그리고 상기 공기주입단계 후 상기 혼합물은 온도는 20 내지 30℃로 유지되고 체류시간은 20 내지 30일로 설정된 배양단계를 거쳐 제조되는 것으로 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)
- 삭제
- 폐수에서 협잡물 제거 후 1차 저류시키고, 고액분리기에 의하여 고형물을 제거한 후 2차 저류시키는 전처리단계;
상기 전처리단계를 거친 처리수에 포함된 유기물, 질소 및 인을 미생물에 의해 제거하고 분리막모듈에 의하여 부유물질을 제거하는 고도처리단계; 및
상기 고도처리단계를 거친 후 처리수에 포함된 잔여 유기물을 광촉매 산화 작용에 의하여 제거하는 후처리단계를 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 고도처리단계에서 유기물, 질소 및 인 제거를 위해 토양미생물을 이용한 조성물을 투입시키되 상기 투입되는 조성물은,
산화분말을 고형화시킨 펠렛과, 부식토와, 토양미생물이 혼합되어 혼합물을 구성하는 혼합물 제조단계와,
상기 제조된 혼합물을 지하수와 중량비로 혼합물 대 지하수를 2:8로 혼합시키는 지하수 혼합단계와,
상기 지하수와 혼합된 혼합물에 쌀겨 또는 당밀 또는 이들 모두를 상기 지하수와 혼합된 혼합물 전체 중량 대비 5 내지 10중량부로 투입하는 투입단계와,
상기 쌀겨 또는 당밀 또는 이들 모두가 혼합된 혼합물에 공기를 주입하되, 간헐폭기하여 DO 농도를 0.0mg/l초과 1.0mg/l이하로 유지하는 공기주입단계와, 그리고
상기 공기주입단계 후 상기 혼합물은 온도는 20 내지 30℃로 유지되고, 체류시간은 20 내지 30일로 설정된 배양단계를 거쳐 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 후처리단계에서 구비되는 고급산화처리수단은,
광촉매인 이산화티타늄(TiO2)을 포함하는 산화처리조와,
상기 산화처리조 내에 배열되는 UV 램프와,
상기 UV 램프가 내장되고 양단부에 걸림부를 갖는 내피와, 상기 내피의 각 걸림부에 상응하는 대응걸림부를 갖는 내피커버를 포함하는 제1 보호부재와, 그리고
상기 제1 보호부재가 내장되고 양단부에 결합부를 갖는 외피와, 상기 외피의 각 결합부에 상응하는 대응결합부를 갖는 외피커버를 포함하는 제2 보호부재를 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 제1 보호부재의 내피에는 미끄럼수단(SM)을 포함하고,
상기 미끄럼수단은 상기 내피에 형성된 복수의 수용홈과, 상기 각 수용홈에 내장되고 상기 외피의 내벽면과 접하는 슬라이드 볼을 포함하고,
상기 수용홈은 슬라이드 볼의 절반이 넘는 부분이 수용되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토양미생물을 이용한 오염환경 개선용 조성물을 통한 폐수처리방법.
