- 세라믹 재질의 제1 다공성 허니컴 모노리스 담체 내부에 광촉매 물질을 코팅하는 단계;전도성 금속메쉬 또는 금속막을 상기 제1 다공성 허니컴 모노리스 담체의 전단과 후단에 밀착시켜 설치하는 단계;상기 제1 다공성 허니컴 모노리스 담체를 제1 케이스에 내장하는 단계;세라믹 재질의 제2 다공성 허니컴 모노리스 담체 내부에 개질촉매 물질을 코팅하는 단계;상기 제2 다공성 허니컴 모노리스 담체를 제2 케이스에 내장하는 단계; 및상기 제2 케이스를 전기로 내에 설치하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성가스 및 수소 생성용 연료개질 반응시스템의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1 다공성 허니컴 모노리스 담체를 상기 제1 케이스에 내장하는 단계는, 상기 제1 다공성 허니컴 모노리스 담체의 외벽과 상기 제1 케이스의 내벽 사이에 절연체인 제1 완충매트를 삽입하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성가스 및 수소 생성용 연료개질 반응시스템의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제2 다공성 허니컴 모노리스 담체를 상기 제2 케이스에 내장하는 단계는, 상기 제2 다공성 허니컴 모노리스 담체의 외벽과 상기 제2 케이스의 내벽 사이에 절연체인 제2 완충매트를 삽입하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성가스 및 수소 생성용 연료개질 반응시스템의 제조방법.
- 광촉매 물질이 내부에 코팅된 제1 다공성 허니컴 모노리스 담체의 양단에 고전압을 인가하여 저온 플라즈마를 발생시키는 제1단계;상기 제1 다공성 허니컴 모노리스 담체의 내부에 연료가스를 통과시켜 상기 연료가스를 활성화시키는 제2단계; 및상기 제2단계를 거쳐 활성화된 연료가스를, 개질촉매가 코팅된 제2 다공성 허니컴 모노리스 담체의 내부를 통과시킴으로써 개질반응에 의해 합성가스 및 수소를 생성하는 제3단계를 포함하는 합성가스 및 수소 생성 방법.
