Claims (3)
- 밑창 성형금형에 고무시트와 폴리에틸렌계의 화섬섬유 또는 폴리에틸렌계의 부직포로 되는 접착면적 증대부재를 차례로 적층시킨 후, 프레싱하여 상기 접착면적 증대부재가 상면에 적층된 밑창을 성형한 다음, 상기 밑창의 상면에 플라즈마를 조사하여 이루어지는 제1단계와,상기 제1단계에서 성형된 밑창을 신발금형에 투입하는 제2단계와,상기 제2단계에서 신발금형에 투입된 밑창의 상측에 일정한 간격을 두고 갑피가 배치되도록 갑피를 신발금형에 투입하는 제3단계와,상기 제3단계 후, 신발금형에 중창 원료를 주입하여 밑창과 중창 및 갑피를 동시 결합 성형하는 제4단계와,상기 제4단계 후, 신발금형에 주입된 중창 원료를 경화시키는 제5단계와,상기 제5단계 후, 밑창과 중창 및 갑피가 동시 결합 성형된 신발을 금형으로부터 분리하는 제6단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서 상기 플라즈마 조사는 석영 12,000V를 방전시켜 70~80℃에서 2~3분 동안 조사하여 밑창의 표면 개질하고, 플라즈마와 밑창 간에 8~12mm 유지시켜 조사 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발의 제조방법.
