Claims (4)
- 보빈에 잔류된 폴리우레탄 잔사를 회수하고 절단 파쇄하여 폴리우레탄 잔사 분말을 형성하는 단계;
상기 폴리우레탄 잔사 분말 10∼50 중량%, 디메틸아세트아마이드를 단독으로 사용하는 잔사 용해용 용매 또는 디메틸아세트아마이드에 디메틸포름아마이드 및/또는 메틸에틸케톤을 혼합하여 이루어진 잔사 용해용 용매 50∼90 중량%를 혼합하여 폴리우레탄 잔사 용액을 형성하는 단계;
상기 폴리우레탄 잔사 용액을 차수(遮水) 상태에서 100∼150 ℃로 가열하여 재생폴리우레탄 수지를 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 재생폴리우레탄 수지를 냉각하여 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 인공피혁용 재생폴리우레탄 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 재생폴리우레탄 수지를 형성하는 단계는 23∼25 시간동안 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공피혁용 재생폴리우레탄 수지의 제조 방법.
- 상기 제 1 항의 인공피혁용 재생폴리우레탄 수지 50∼90 중량부, 폴리에스테르우레탄 공중합수지 10∼50 중량부, 디메틸아세트아마이드를 단독으로 사용하는 수지 용해용 용매 또는 디메틸아세트아마이드에 디메틸포름아마이드 및/또는 메틸에틸케톤을 혼합하여 이루어진 수지 용해용 용매 30∼70 중량부, 및 안료 5∼10 중량부를 혼합하여 폴리우레탄수지 조성물을 형성하는 단계;
상기 폴리우레탄수지 조성물을 원단의 표면에 도포하여 폴리우레탄수지 코팅층이 적층된 적층체를 형성하는 단계;
상기 적층체를 물에 디메틸포름아마이드 및/또는 메틸에틸케톤을 혼합한 응고액에 투입하여 폴리우레탄수지 코팅층을 응고시키는 단계; 및
상기 폴리우레탄수지 코팅층이 응고된 적층체를 수세 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 잔사를 이용한 인공피혁의 제조 방법. - 보빈에 잔류된 폴리우레탄 잔사를 회수하고 절단 파쇄하여 폴리우레탄 잔사 분말을 형성하는 단계;
상기 폴리우레탄 잔사 분말 10∼15 중량부, 수용성 아크릴수지 용융물 또는 수용성 폴리우레탄 용융물 70∼80 중량부 및 증점제 2∼4 중량부를 혼합하여 고분자 조성물을 형성하는 단계;
상기 고분자 조성물을 원단의 표면에 도포하여 적층체를 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 적층체를 100∼150 ℃에서 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 잔사를 이용한 인공피혁의 제조 방법.
