- 홍삼으로부터 분리되고 홍삼 발효능을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 바실러스 아밀로리쿼파시엔스(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens ) KD-7(미생물 기탁번호 KCTC 11533BP)의 균주.
- 바실러스 아밀로리쿼파시엔스(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) KD-7(미생물 기탁번호 KCTC 11533BP)을 홍삼에 접종하고 배양하여 Rh1, Rg2, Rg3, CK(Compound K), Rg5, Rk1 및 Rh2로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 진세노사이드 함량을 증가시키는 발효홍삼의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 배양은 5일 동안 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발효 홍삼의 제조 방법.
