Claims (6)
- 인렛(11) 및 아웃렛(12)을 갖는 바디(10)와, 상기 바디(10)의 상부에 배치되는 다이어프램(13), 스프링(14) 및 스템(15)과 하부에 배치되는 밸브부재(16) 및 이 밸브부재(16)의 고정을 위한 플럭(17)을 포함하는 레귤레이터에 있어서,상기 플럭(17)은 바디(10)에 일체 형성되어 있는 걸쇠(20)의 개방단 내측으로 삽입되어 걸려져 고정되는 형태로 장착되며, 상기 플럭(17)의 몸체로부터 돌출된 돌출부(21)를 회전시켜 상기 걸쇠(20)에 체결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도용 레귤레이터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 걸쇠(20)는 플럭 장착자리 주변의 양쪽에서 서로 마주보는 위치에 형성되는 한쌍으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도용 레귤레이터.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 걸쇠(20)는 "ㄱ"자 형상으로 이루어져 플럭(17)의 상면 가장자리를 잡아주는 형태로 플럭(17)을 고정시켜줄 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도용 레귤레이터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 플럭(17)은 원형의 몸체로부터 돌출되는 사각의 돌 출부(21)를 이용하여 옆으로 회전시켜 걸쇠(20)에 체결할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도용 레귤레이터.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 플럭(17)은 체결시 지그 사용을 위한 지그 삽입홀(22)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도용 레귤레이터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 플럭(17)은 상기 밸브부재(16)를 상기 바디(10)의 위에서 아래로 삽입한 후 상기 걸쇠(20)에 걸려져 고정되는 형태로 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도용 레귤레이터.
