Claims (9)
- 액정 소자 (LCD) 셀의 내부에 배치되는, 색소 및 용제를 함유하는 In-Cell 형 편광자용 조성물로서,상기 In-Cell 형 편광자용 조성물의 전기 전도도가 25mS/㎝ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 In-Cell 형 편광자용 조성물.
- 액정 소자 (LCD) 셀의 내부에 배치되는, 색소 및 용제를 함유하는 In-Cell 형 편광자용 조성물로서,상기 In-Cell 형 편광자용 조성물의 나트륨 이온 농도가 2500ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 In-Cell 형 편광자용 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 In-Cell 형 편광자용 조성물을 도포에 의해 성형하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 In-Cell 형 편광자.
- 액정 소자 (LCD) 셀의 내부에 배치되는 In-Cell 형 편광자로서,상기 액정 소자의 전압 유지율이 50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 In-Cell 형 편광자.
- 액정 소자 (LCD) 셀의 내부에 배치되는 In-Cell 형 편광자로서, 상기 액정 소자의 비전압 유지율이 90% 이상이고, 상기 비전압 유지율은,비전압 유지율 (%) = {(In-Cell 형 편광자가 형성된 액정 소자의 전압 유지율)/(In-Cell 형 편광자가 없는 액정 소자의 전압 유지율)}× 100 인 것을 특징으로 하는 In-Cell 형 편광자.
- 제 3 항에 기재된 In-Cell 형 편광자를 사용한 것을 특징으로 액정 소자.
- 액정 소자 (LCD) 셀의 내부에 배치되고, 편광자 및 패시베이션막을 갖는 In-Cell 형 적층 편광자로서,상기 액정 소자의 비전압 유지율이 90% 이상이고, 상기 비전압 유지율은,비전압 유지율 (%) = {(In-Cell 형 편광자가 형성된 액정 소자의 전압 유지율)/(In-Cell 형 편광자가 없는 액정 소자의 전압 유지율)}× 100 인 것을 특징으로 하는 In-Cell 형 적층 편광자.
- 제 7 항에 기재된 In- Cell형 적층 편광자를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 소자.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 기재된 In-Cell 형 편광자를 사용한 것을 특징으로 액정 소자.
