Claims (9)
- (a) 고춧가루를 용매를 이용하여 펙틴을 추출하는 단계와;(b) 상기 추출된 펙틴을 검정곰팡이로 발효시켜 변형고추펙틴을 생성하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 (b)단계는,상기 검정곰팡이에서 분비된 엔도폴리갈락투로나아제가 상기 추출된 펙틴의 α-1,4-글리코시드 결합을 분해하고, 상기 검정곰팡이에서 분비된 펙틴메틸에스테라제는 상기 추출된 펙틴의 메틸에스테르 결합을 분해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형고추펙틴의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계는,(a1) 상기 고춧가루를 80% 에탄올로 추출하여 지용성물질을 회수하고 남은 침전물을 알콜불용물(AIS)로 추출하는 단계와;(a2) 상기 알콜불용물(AIS)을 물에 넣어, 잔여물을 제외한 상등액을 에탄올 침전법으로 수용성펙틴(WSP)을 제조하는 단계;(a3) 상기 (a2)단계에서 생성되는 상기 잔여물을 암모니움옥살레이트(ammonium Oxalate)에 넣어, 잔여물을 제외한 상등액에 에탄올 침전법으로 옥살레이트 용해성 펙틴(OSP)을 제조하는 단계;(a4) 상기 (a3)단계에서 생성되는 상기 잔여물을 염산(HCl)에 넣어, 잔여물을 제외한 상등액에 에탄올 침전법으로 산성용해성펙틴(ASP) 분말을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형고추펙틴의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계는,(a5) 상기 고춧가루를 80% 에탄올로 추출하여 지용성물질을 회수하고 남은 침전물을 알콜불용물(AIS)로 추출하는 단계와;(a6) 상기 알콜불용물(AIS)을 물에 넣어, 잔여물을 제외한 상등액을 에탄올 침전법으로 수용성펙틴(WSP)을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형고추펙틴의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계는,(b1) PDA배지에 검정곰팡이를 접종하여 3일간 25℃에서 배양한 다음 검정곰팡이 종균을 만드는 단계와;(b2) PDA배지에 고추 펙틴을 적정 농도로 가하고 여기에 검정곰팡이 종균을 접균한 배양액을 조제하여 25℃에서 진탕법으로 4일간 배양하여 변형펙틴 분말을 얻는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형고추펙틴의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 만들어진 변형고추펙 틴.
- 중금속 제거 효과를 가지는 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 만들어진 변형고추펙틴.
- 면역성 증진 효과를 가지는 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 만들어진 변형고추펙틴.
- 중금속 제거 효과를 가지는 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 만들어진 변형고추펙틴을 유효성분으로 하는 기능성 식품.
- 면역성 증진 효과를 가지는 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 만들어진 변형고추펙틴을 유효성분으로 하는 기능성 식품.
