Claims (4)
- 방충망틀(10), 창문틀(20)이 창틀프레임에 올려져 슬라이딩 되는 외창에 있어서,상기 창문틀(20)을 이루는 창문틀프레임(21)의 길이를 따라 실내측면과 상부 끝단에 열전도를 차단하는 측면단열틀(22)과 유리지지단열틀(23)이 각각 끼움 결합되며,외측으로부터 방충망틀레일(31), 창문틀레일(32)이 상부면에 길이를 따라 일체로 순차적으로 형성되며 내측 끝단에 길이를 따라 끼움홈(33)이 형성되는 외측창틀프레임(30)을 형성하고,상부면에 형성되는 결합홈(41a)에 하나의 내측창문틀레일(41)이 슬라이딩 끼움되며 외측창틀프레임(30)의 끼움홈(33)에 끼워져 결합되는 결합단(42)이 전방에 구비되어진 열전도를 차단하는 단열재로 이루어지는 내측단열창틀프레임(40)을 형성하며, 상기 외측창틀프레임(30)과 내측단열창틀프레임(40)이 결합된 이중 구조의 창틀프레임(50)을 형성하여 실내외의 열 전도를 차단하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 외창.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 창문틀(20)의 창문틀프레임(21)의 상부 내측면과 유리지지단열틀(23)의 내측면에는 탄성 재질의 유리지지구(24)가 끼움 결합되도록 구 성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 외창.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 내측단열창틀프레임(40)의 결합홈(41a)을 이루는 마주보는 양측 벽면에는 걸림홈(41a')이 마주보게 형성되며, 상기 내측창문틀레일(41)의 하부에 일체로 형성된 '∩'형상의 결합단(42a) 양 측벽 외측면에는 걸림홈(41a')에 삽입되는 걸림돌기(42a')가 형성되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 외창.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 내측단열창틀프레임(40)의 결합단(42)의 상하부면에는 다수개의 걸림돌기(43)가 형성되어 외측창틀프레임(30)의 끼움홈(33)에서 이탈방지되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 외창.
