Claims (4)
- 외부와 차단된 전폐형 모터의 냉각 시스템에 있어서,회전구동하는 샤프트를 중심으로 하여 회전자 철심과 고정자 철심 및 상기 고정자 철심과 부착되며 최외측에 중공형상으로 형성되는 프레임을 구비하는 모터와,상기 프레임의 외주에 원주를 따라 복수의 오목홈이 연속적으로 형성되고, 상기 오목홈들을 덮는 커버가 부착되며 냉각수가 상기 오목홈을 따라 흐르면서 프레임과 열교환하는 냉각수 유로와,상기 프레임의 이면에 요홈이 형성되고, 상기 오목홈 이외의 부분은 고정자 철심과 부착되어 상기 요홈 내를 공기가 흐르면서 상기 프레임과 열교환하는 공기유로를 포함하고,상기 냉각수 유로와 상기 공기유로를 통하여 모터 내부의 상기 고정자 철심과 상기 회전자 철심의 열교환이 각각 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전폐형 모터의 냉각 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회전자 철심에는 냉각된 공기가 통과하도록 축방향으로 관통하는 복수의 통풍 홀이 형성되어 있어 상기 공기유로에서 냉각된 공기가 유입되어 상기 회전자 철심과 열교환 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전폐형 모터의 냉각 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 고정자 철심은 상기 프레임과 접촉되어 있어 상기 프레임과 직접적으로 열교환이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전폐형 냉각 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 통풍 홀 앞에는 공기를 유도하는 리브가 형성되어 있고, 상기 통풍 홀 뒤에는 공기 순환이 원활하도록 송풍팬이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전폐형 냉각 시스템.
