- 비점착성 도료 조성물에 있어서,상기 비점착성 도료 조성물은 10~50㎚ 크기의 실리카 20~40 중량%에 물 60~80 중량%를 혼합하여 이루어지는 실리카 졸 100 중량부에 대하여 충전제로서 육방정질화붕소(hBN)와 금속산화물이나 비 산화물 또는 이들의 혼합물 40~60 : 60~40 중량%를 혼합한 충전제 5~60 중량부, 알콕시 실란 60~120 중량부, 메틸알코올 또는 이소프로필알코올 40~130 중량부 및 촉매 0.5~3 중량부로 이루어지되,상기에서 금속산화물은 Al2O3 또는 ZrO2이고, 비 산화물은 Si3N4 또는 B4C 인 것을 특징으로 하는 비점착성 도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 알콕시 실란은 메틸트리메톡시실란[CH3Si(CH3O)3], 테트라메톡시실란[Si(CH3O)4], 트리메틸에톡시실란[(CH3)3Si(C2H5O)], 테트라에톡시실란[Si(C2H5O)4] 중에서 1종 또는 그 이상을 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비점착성 도료 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 비점착성 도료 조성물은 1~30 중량부의 안료를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비점착성 도료 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 안료는 이산화티탄(TiO2), 산화제2철(Fe2O3),산화크롬(Cr2O3), 탄소(C), 코발트(Co) 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 그 이상을 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비점착성 도료 조성물.
- 도료 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서,1) 육방정질화붕소(hBN)와 금속산화물이나 비 산화물 또는 이들의 혼합물 40~60 : 60~40 중량%를 혼합한 충전제와 메틸알코올 또는 이소프로필알코올을 혼합하여 2~10시간 동안 분쇄하는 분쇄단계;2) 상기 1)단계에서 분쇄한 혼합물에 10~50㎚ 크기의 실리카 20~40 중량%와 물 60~80 중량%를 혼합한 실리카 졸과 촉매를 첨가하여 40~50rpm의 속도로 5~10분 동안 혼합하는 혼합단계;3) 상기 2)단계에서 혼합한 혼합물에 알콕시 실란을 첨가하여 20~30℃에서 2~15시간 동안 교반하면서 숙성시키는 숙성단계;를 거쳐 제조하되,상기에서 금속산화물은 Al2O3 또는 ZrO2,이고, 비 산화물은 Si3N4 또는 B4C 인 것을 특징으로 하는 비점착성 도료 조성물의 제조방법.
