Description
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a fine pattern for producing a fine pattern on a substrate by using inkjet printing and plasma surface treatment.
In general, direct patterning such as inkjet printing, screen printing, thermal laser printing, shadow masking, and the like is used as a method of patterning a structure on a substrate.
In order to secure the reliability of the double fine pattern, a technique mainly used in recent years uses a technique of forming a fine pattern of a circuit board by inkjet patterning. Since the inkjet method can directly form a fine pattern on a substrate, like the conventional printing technique using lithography, the costly process of vacuum film formation, photolithography, etching, and resist stripping process can be omitted, and the circuit can be manufactured at low cost. There is an effect that can produce a substrate.
In the conventional inkjet patterning method, as shown in FIG. 1, the
At this time, when the droplets are sprayed on the substrate coated with the fluorinated organic film at a droplet interval of about 50 micrometers at room temperature, the shape of the pattern becomes irregular due to the aggregation of printed droplets on the substrate immediately after the spraying. This is as shown in FIG.
2 illustrates agglomeration of droplets stuck on a substrate.
In addition, after the dry cleaning, the
3 shows the excessive spreading of the deposited droplets due to the low contact angle.
As shown in FIG. 3, a fine line width is difficult to form by forming a conductive line having a line width of 533.980 micrometers.
As such, even in the step of forming a line by overlapping droplets and droplets with a small contact angle, there is a problem in that the line width is not uniform due to the difficulty of avoiding collision between one droplet and the next droplet. In addition, the conventional substrate has a problem in that the shape of the pattern is irregular because lines are not formed due to aggregation of printed droplets on the substrate immediately after the injection, depending on the characteristics of the ink.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an inkjet printing and plasma surface treatment method for forming a micropattern without agglomeration and excessive spreading of droplets when forming a micropattern using inkjet printing on a substrate so as to solve the above problems. It is to provide a method for producing a fine pattern using.
Coating the cleaned substrate with a hydrophobic fluorinated organic thin film, heating the coated substrate, and spraying droplets while maintaining the heating temperature of the substrate to form a fine pattern.
In addition, the coating may be performed by chemical vapor deposition to generate a plasma.
In addition, the plasma coating step is characterized in that the substrate temperature is 100 degrees, the process time is 2 minutes, the gas flow rate is C 4 F 8 5sccm, the process pressure is 50mtorr, FR power is 100w.
In addition, the contact angle of the substrate after the coating step is completed, characterized in that the coating so that 90 degrees.
The heating of the substrate may be performed such that the temperature of the substrate is greater than or equal to 60 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees.
In addition, the fine pattern forming step is characterized in that the droplet is sprayed while maintaining the temperature of the substrate to 90 degrees.
In addition, the fine pattern forming step is characterized in that the spacing between the droplets is 50 micrometers when spraying the droplets.
In addition, the fine pattern is characterized in that the line width of the droplet is about 50 micrometers.
In addition, the fine pattern is characterized in that the conductive line.
In addition, the droplet is characterized by using a conductive silver ink.
Therefore, the present invention provides the effect of forming a micropattern without forming agglomeration and excessive spreading of droplets in forming a micropattern on the substrate, and a simple coating of the aqueous fluorinated organic thin film using plasma on the substrate. By adding a process, fine pattern formation can be easily realized.
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 to 10.

When the hydrophobic fluorinated organic
When the hydrophobic fluorinated organic
Referring to FIG. 10, the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
The
By heating the

6 is a manufacturing process chart for explaining a method for manufacturing a fine pattern according to the present invention.
(S50). Referring to FIG. 6, the substrate is subjected to dry cleaning in an oxygen plasma or a UV / ozone generator (S10). After the dry cleaning is completed, the substrate is placed in a vacuum plasma generating apparatus and the plasma is generated in a vacuum to coat the hydrophobic fluorinated organic thin film on the substrate by chemical vapor deposition using the generated plasma (S20). In this way, the hydrophobic fluorinated organic thin film-coated substrate is heated using a pattern forming apparatus for droplet spraying (S30). At this time, the heating starts to about 60 degrees to 90 degrees to maintain the temperature of 90 degrees. The droplet is sprayed onto the substrate using the droplet ejection nozzle while maintaining the proper temperature of 90 degrees (S40). When the droplets are sprayed on the substrate, a conductive line is formed to complete the manufacture of the fine pattern (S50).
